of the business.

Required system interfaces are built, end users trained, IT infrastructure put in place and
plans for final deployment of the system are developed during this phase.

This phase also ensures cut-over to the new system. Final data conversion is completed
in this phase along with other activities necessary to bring the new system to life within
the business.

Support procedures are established at this time to ensure the ongoing success of the
business transformation.
