Why is there a need for an organizational structure in a company?

What are the products/services that you offer to the public?

II. HRM OVERVIEW

1. What is the HRM of NIA? How does it differ from other institutions?

2. What is the role of HRM in the institution? What makes it important?

3. What are the principle which HRM gives emphasis on to employees?

4. How does the HR respond and comply with different laws mandated by the government in terms of
