powercfg /batteryreport

Just Follow the Upcoming Steps in Your PC.

Step 1 : Login to Your PC.

Step 2 : Press Windows + X key.

Step 3 : Select Command Prompt(Administrator).

Step 4 : A New Black Window will Appear,Type the Following in it.

"Powercfg -energy"(Without Quotes")

Step 5 : It Will trace Your Battery for 60 Seconds and Will Show You the
Results like Errors and Warnings.

Step 6 : A Location Will Be Provided,Visit it.

Step 7 : Double Click on the Html File.

Step 8 : It Will open the Page in Your Browser,  

If issue persist, I would suggest you to Reset and restore the power plans to default.
1. Press Windows key and X at the same time.
2. Choose Command Prompt (Admin) from the context menu.
3. In the command prompt, type powercfg –restoredefaultschemes and hit Enter.
4. Exit command prompt. 
Note: This would reset the power plan settings to default. Any customized power plans would
be removed.

Step 9 : Determine the State and try to Fix it.
