TQM - Project Proposal
• To help and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness the area near at COOP and at the back of
the Gymnasium
• To ensure the safeness of all Rizal Technological University students and staffs that passing
through on that way.
• To fix all the water leakage cause of air conditioner by putting hose on it.
• To help the officers of JOMA to come up with a project that can help not just the OPM students
but every students and staffs of RTU that are passing through on that way.
CURRENT PHASE:
Leakage from air conditioning units installed in classrooms under accountancy department
causes inconvenience to those students who pass the hallways near coop and later on creates a slippery
surface which may cause accident (tripping).

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS:
There are ( dami nung aircon) that are currently leaking in the old building on the area of the
accountancy department and as we can see this problem was not giving an action. So we as the students
of RTU with the help of Junior Operations Management Association will conduct a project to fix and
maintain the air conditioning units of accountancy department by providing hose on ever Air
conditioning units
1. Raise the problem to the JOMA, Maintenance Department and to the school administration
regarding the maintenance of the air conditioning units.
2. Put hose on every air conditioning units of Accountancy department.
3. Set a Maintenance schedule of cleaning air conditioning units.
TIMELINE
EXPECTED OUTCOME
• We expect that on the following days after the implementation, the students will not experience
any leak when they pass through on that way and the moss way will also clean up.
• We expect that the maintenance will check the Air Conditioner at least twice a year
• We also expect that in the start of second semester this project will be implemented
successfully.
After the implementation of repairing the leakage of Air Conditioning Units installed in
classrooms under the Accountancy Department in OB Building should have a twice a year maintenance
schedule to check and clean the air conditioning units to maintain the pristine condition of it.
