Omnex is offering a one day transition training course that will provide an overview of the IS`O 14001:2015,
an explanation of how Annex SL affects environmental management systems, the impact of the new ISO
“high level structure” to current environmental management systems and, an interpretation of the 10
clauses of the standard.

Course Outline
 Review the changes in the ISO 14001:2015 standard and how the changes could impact an
organization’s environmental management system
 Define the time-frame for implementation and the implications of the organization’s environmental
management system
 Review the new ISO (high level structure) and how it affects your current environmental
management system

Learning Objectives
 Understand the differences between ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 14001:2015
 Understanding of how Annex SL affects environmental management systems
 Understand the new ISO (high level structure) and how it applies to your environmental
management system

Who Should Attend


This seminar is designed for persons responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization’s
environmental management system, and all first, second, and third party auditors.

Recommended Training and/or Experience


A general understanding of ISO 14001:2004 is recommended.

Each participant will receive a seminar manual.

 Provide sufficient knowledge and understanding of the various clauses and requirements of the
