Abstract—
The design was proposed to connect with the people via Video Chatting
system of mobile devices and having a experience of 360 degree camera view.
And in the environment, mainly purposed is about the annotating system with
360 degree camera environment, and the remote control assistance basically
this allow the users who is connecting with another person, can explore the
aspects of surroundings. The main idea is how this system could be helpful
for a person who’s stuck somewhere to resolve his problem, he/she needs to
get a solution about his/her problems, so the both persons can be connected
with each other and make connectivity through annotation system, and in this
research it’s easier to annotate in this stabilized annotating system
environment, it’s helpful annotating system with 360 degree environment,
according to the helper, helper can easily annotate the explanations without
asking to keep focusing on the object via camera, that would be a moveable
for helper and it would be accessible via remote access system.
