This document summarizes a study conducted to assess knowledge and practices regarding environmental sanitation among women in selected villages in Nellore, India. The study was conducted by Anju George for her BSc in Nursing degree. It obtained ethics approval and was conducted under the guidance of principal and faculty of Sree Narayana Nursing College. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed to understand levels of knowledge and practices regarding waste disposal, sanitation, hygiene and related topics. Results were presented through tables and figures. The study helps identify gaps and recommend strategies to improve environmental sanitation.
