Describe the relationship between Greeks and Trojans across

Books XII-XIV. Is this relationship mostly good, bad, or is there a
development? Mention three characters on each side, and
somehow touch on each Book, giving Book and line numbers.

The relationship between the Greeks and Trojans was not good whatsoever.
This could best be portrayed from the beginning of Book XII through the 9-
year war (The Trojan War). Beginning with Book XII, the son of the King of
Troy seduces the wife of the King of Sparta, and ends up bringing her back to
Troy with him. In lines 4-6, it says “Only Paris was missing, the prince who
later involved his country in war, long years of war, along with Helen, his
stolen bride.” After this happens, an entire Greek fleet is sent to Troy to get
Helen back, and they end up getting stuck in troy because of bad weather
conditions, causing them to be stranded. While stranded they mad a plan to
take over the Trojans through a large battle which left many deaths on both
sides and an eventual truce called.

 “Only Paris was missing, the prince who later involved his country in
war, long years of war, along with Helen, his stolen bride.” (Book XII Lines
4-6).
In book XIII, the leaders in Greece get together to figure out who will wear
Achille's armour between Ajax and Ulysses. They both give a speech on why
they deserve to wear it, and ultimately the decision is made to give it to
Ulysses. Ajax then commits suicide and then the Greeks capture Troy and
murder most of their people and kidnap and enslave the women.

 "Why did Ulysses dare to make his way through the watch, entrust
himself to the night and brave the swords of the foe, not merely to enter
the walls of the Trojans but amount right up to the top of the citadel,
thence to steal the goddess away from her sacred temple and carry her
back through the enemy lines? Without this achievement of mine ,
Telamonian Ajax’ arm would have wielded the sevenfold layers of his
oxhide shield to no purpose.” (Book XIII Lines 342-347).
Th struggle between the Greeks and Trojans continues through Book XIV.
Achaemenides tells Macareus that Aeneas saved him when he showed up
and that was very ironic since he was a Trojan and saved a Greek.

 “How can a Greek be permitted to sail in a Trojan vessel?” (Book XIV

Line 164).

2. Book XIV mentions two of the seven hills of Rome: Quirinal Hill
and Palatine Hill.  How, according to the Metamorphoses, did
these hills get their name?  What is on these hills today, in
contemporary Rome?  Feel free to insert contemporary images
depicting one or both of the hills pr its buildings into your post.
According to Metamorphoses Quirinal Hill was given its name from a Sabine
God called Quirinus. He identified with Romulus and this hill is where
Hersilie's departure takes place at the end. Toda there is a town square on
the hill that has fountains in it as well as churches. The Palatine Hill was
given its name after the Palatines and there was little to no significance
over Metamorphoses. Today on this hill there are hundreds of buildings of
high ancient Roman architecture
