Product description

Appearance
Flowing white powder, odourless with a neutral flavour. Good solubility even when during a cold process.

Characteristics
Semi-processed powder designed for preparation of cold and hot mix bases for fruit ice cream. It contains sugar, simply add water and
possibly fresh fruit. Its neutral flavour enhances the added taste, particularly in the case of fresh fruit. It does not contain milk derivatives.
Adding water is suitable for the preparation of fruit ice cream even for those who suffer from lactose intolerance.

Sugar, vegetal fibres (chicory, bamboo), dextrose, maltdextrines, tapioca starch, stabilizer: tara gum; vegetal proteins.
May contain: SOYA, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEW NUTS, PISTACHIOS.

Dose and use instructions

360 g per 1 kg of fruit and/or water. 1 bag (1.080 Kg.) with 3 Kg. of water and fruit (such as 1.5 litres of water and 1.5 Kg. of fruit).
Cold processing: it is recommended that the mixture is allowed to rest for about 30 minutes.
Hot processing: we recommend low temperature pasteurisation (65 ° C).

Storage

The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 24
months since the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package

This product complies with the laws in force in Italy and in EU in relation to the use it is meant for.
