Running for President of AIESEC in FTU Hanoi is now remarked a new milestone for me to conquer new
challenges, to embrace the insecurities and doubts, to actually be something bigger than myself everyday.
To AIESEC in FTU Hanoi members, believe in yourself and hold a growth mindset to dare to go for extra miles.
Because I believe in you, and you guys will defenitely drive AIESEC to the better stage. I hope that my words
today have inspired you to break through your limits in the future. For future LCP Candidates, if you want to do
something, and you know about yourself, just go for it, because time won't wait for us to grow if we don't give
ourselves a chance to do it.

I'm fortunate to have had such an amazing experience as a closing. I'm also grateful towards VietSeeds
Foundation & HSBC for putting together this wonderful event, and being able to invite so many experienced C-
level judges
the unbelievably high standards that judges expect from us candidates.
It was one memorable journey of self-exploration and pushing my ability to the test. I also wish to extend my
gratitude towards all the mentors and judges for their support throughout this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to
learn.
The P&G employees that I came to know were all inspiring, helpful and weirdly sincere. This is a place where I can
feel that each and every employee is cared for, is nurtured, is challenged and is appreciated.
So before giving feedbacks - make sure you ask yourself: IS IT TRUE, IS IT KIND, IS IT NECESSARY? Don't
give feedback just for the sake of criticism (=because of). Sometimes, choosing not to say anything is way harder
and more effective than just saying a bunch of hurtful words.
Secondly, I was profoundly inspired by Rosie Nguyen, a former participant of VSSS.

One of the biggest advantage of working in a big corporate is that you can rotate to different positions. For
someone who always seek for new challenge like me, this is a huge plus. With this rotation policy, you will never
be get bored because the company will always give you fresh problems to solve, from there minimizing the work
repetitiveness (which can never be avoid in any job). But if you are the kind of person who wants to dive deep,
becoming a top expert in a field, a large company can also more likely more helpful on that. They have the
resources and the people, who will guide you to follow the best path that suits your needs.

2. “Good” Accomplished. Able Apt Capable Competent

Note: Make sure the alternative you choose accurately represents your skill or experience. If you’ve got two year’s
worth of recruiting under your belt, you’d probably want to call yourself a “skilled,” “capable,” or “enthusiastic”
recruiter rather than an “expert” or “experienced” one.
