The first and the last scene feature all the magic that the director uses to grip the viewer’s thus it
must be in such a way that the captivates their hearts and souls. The documentary will start with
the sun rise and its lighting to the environment. The first scene should show an aerial shot of
Islamabad and Rawalpindi in order to the viewers the difference of the dynamics of the green
forests and the concrete jungle.

and how they are polluted that causes the marine life to die gasping for breath. Dams are seldom

smoke inside the water lead the water to get completely hazardous for animals to breathe.

The scene will portray water pollution by factory’s waste pipes, and waste entering the clean
water and making it stagnant. A shot post that will take the factories of the exterior Islamabad
and their waste dumping into account. Factories in I-9 have one of the poorest waste dumping
systems and the chemical leakages from the factories are poorly managed. At times along with
the corruption of high ups the waste is dumped in the dams of Islamabad causing a huge marine
life loss. To show the burning of fuels and coals, we could also show some shots of factories and
the smoke released by trucks and buses which creates pollution. Cameraman will take ELS to
show the burning of plastic with a ticker “12 billion barrels, the amount of oil need to make that
many plastics”.

After that we will feature how waste is poorly managed across the city that is one of the cleanest
in Islamabad. Islamabad has several such sectors that are way too polluted but get masqueraded

that causes an air of pollution and CO2 emissions. Pollutions in the larger context paves way to
climate change.

take plastics burning into account and with the split screen feature we will give a complete data

A shot later we will feature a quick account of how the buildings of Islamabad are affected by
the acid rain phenomena. Acid rain is caused with the rain droplets falling from the sky gets
mixed with the harmful toxic emissions from the factories, vehicles and other industries and
cause a high risk of irritation, skin cancer, drought and marine deaths.

Climate change is real and people call it the crisis of time, Scientists and researchers say that
there is a 95% chance that human activity is the cause of climate change. Human activities like
burning more and more fossil fuels, which release carbon dioxide to power our homes and
factories. From pollution to over population, the global population has tripled in the past
seventy years, talking about Pakistan, it is among the most populated countries in the world. We
are consuming more products from animals that release another pollutant called methane which
is disposed into rivers and sea. The use of plastic is also one of the major cause of climate
change, plastic is used in a huge amount all over the world, talking about Pakistan uses 50
Billion Plastic Bags per Year which cause the global warming and makes the temperature
warmer. To prevent the further dangerous levels of climate change. Countries around the world
signed a Paris agreement. The Paris agreement aims to keep a global warming below 2 degree.
To stop the world from getting warmer. We need to reduce the use of fossil fuels. Increase the
use of renewable energy sources. The UN says that right now, our world is about 1 degree than
pre industrial time. Sea levels are rising about 3 millimeters a year, because sea water expands
as temperature get warmer. Melting ice sheets and glaciers also add trillions of tons of fresh
water into our oceans.

will also be featured. We will try to capture first hand shots of such initiatives in order to give a
message of hope and lessen our reliance on stock footage.

VO “The PTI government came into power with the agenda to work on the climate change, so
they have recently banned the use of plastic bags in the markets. Also they have launched a
plantation drive called “Billion Tree Tsunami” which aims at planting more trees in the county to
make the environment better”.
