Performance & Technical Rider: 6 piece band

Power:
• Basic Sound & Lighting requires 4 separate 20 amp circuits (80 amps total).
• Enhanced Sound requires 6 – 20 amp circuits (120 amps total).
• Concert Lighting package requires an additional 1 – 20 amp circuit.
• Circuits for the band may not be shared with other vendors.

STAGE: 16 foot deep x 24 foot wide with 6 foot deep x 8 foot wide drum riser. Drum riser no higher
than 18 inches above stage.

Setup and Sound Check:


• A minimum of three hours for setup and sound check is required.
• For events where a larger sound or lighting system is required, more time may be necessary.
• For events where sound & lighting are provided by the Client, a minimum 2 hours are
required for setup & sound check.
• For outdoor events, the stage must be completely shaded from direct sunlight during
setup.
• A minimum three (3) heaters on the stage where weather is expected to be cold.

Break Room:

• Break and changing room area with clothes rack, full length mirror and table(s) with seating
for all performers/tech crew with at least 1 20-amp outlet for power to be available three (3)
hours after setup begins.
• The band shall have access to the break room for up to 30 minutes after completion of the
performance.

Meals/Beverages:
• One hot Vendor meal, cookies and or desert for each performer/crew member. Boxed
lunches or sandwiches are not acceptable vendor meals.
• Assorted beverages: coffee, tea, bottled water, sodas to be set 90 minutes before band
downbeat and replenished throughout the night.

Parking Validation: For all events where a parking fee is required.

Additional Wedding Requirements:


• Event timeline/itinerary provided 10 days prior to the event.
• All song requests provided at least 6 weeks prior to the event.

Air Travel:
• Round trip airfare from and to San Diego, CA for all performers.
• Travel itinerary must be supplied a minimum of 12 weeks before the event date.
• For events outside a 2 hour flight radius, performers must arrive at destination city one day
before the scheduled event(s); unless other arrangements have been made.

Hotel Accommodations:
• For events where the Client supplies accommodations, all rooms must be at a minimum 3-
star, AAA approved hotel.
• Five (5) hotel rooms are required when booking our standard 6 piece ensemble. When
additional performers are on the event, one additional hotel room per 2 performers is
required.
• For events outside a 3 hour drive where PartyQuake is to provide Sound & Lighting, the Tech
Crew will arrive one day before the event. Two additional hotel rooms are required.
