You can navigate through your planner by tapping

For the hyperlinks to function, you must be in “read only” quick list
mode in the GoodNotes app. To turn on “read only”, tap the dates
icon that looks like a pencil with a line through it located on
the top bar. After “read only” is turned on, you can use the contents
icons to navigate through your LuxBook. You can always go dividers
back to the home screen by tapping the home icon at the

THE HOME PAGE reminders

The home page is the heart of the planner. This is where help
you’ll access your dividers, jot down reminders, and access
your icon pages. You can go back to the home screen from template catalog the months
any page by tapping the home icon at the bottom right hand
corner of any page.

THE TEMPLATE CATALOG

The template catalog is an overview of the templates in the

planner. Tap any of the template names to jump to that
template. You can access the catalog by tapping the
magnifying glass icon at the bottom of any page. Using the
catalog provides you quick access to frequently used
templates and to view all of your templates in one place. You
can always add your own templates or purchase LuxBook
add-on templates for your planner. Add-on templates won’t be
hyperlinked with the rest of the planner but it’s nice to have
that option. Any U.S. standard letter size PDF (8.5x11”) will
blend in flawlessly with this planner.

BUILDING YOUR PLANNER

LuxBook planners are designed for you to build them they

way YOU want them. Want to switch up your weekly spread?
Simply copy the template you want from the templates
section and paste it where you need it (Copy & Paste
Instructions Below). Templates can be copied and pasted as
many times as you need. Want a lined page in the Notes
section? Simply copy the lined page template and paste it
behind the Notes divider. Want 100 habit tracker templates
behind the Trackers divider? Just copy and paste them! Just
like a paper planner, you build behind the dividers.

NOTE: Deleting pages can cause the hyperlinks to break and

icons to stop functioning. If you are not sure how deleting or
rearranging pages will affect your planner, download a second
copy to test on before you do it in your actual planner. You
can download as many copies as you need.

COPYING AND PASTING TEMPLATES

1. In the thumbnail option, tap “Select” (top right).

2. Choose the template you want to copy.
3. Tap “Copy”.
4. Tap “Done”.
5. Still in the thumbnail option, Tap the “small arrow”
below the page where you want to paste the template.
6. Choose either “Add Page Before” or “Add Page Below”.
7. Tap “Paste Page”.

NOTE: This process may be different in other note apps. You

can find directions on how to use your note app on their
company website.

Stickers are a great way to decorate and customize
your planner. LuxBook carries sticker collections you
can purchase for your planner and there are thousands
of digital stickers available online. Digital stickers can Using the

Any image can be used as a sticker. Digital planning
allows you to import photos directly from your camera
roll. You can search google for any image you want,
save the image to your camera roll, and upload it into
your planner. In your internet browser search bar,
follow your search terms with the word “PNG”. This Entering

Utilizing your pen tool is a great way to customize

your planner. In most note apps, you can customize
your pen color using HEX codes. After you set up your
custom pen colors to match your planner, you can color
over any text or lines you want to hide or replace.
Because the color matches the page color perfectly, it
will mimic erasing. For example, if you don’t want the
