Pressure Seal Y-globe Valve

1 Yoke: Fully fabricated yoke is seismically qualified while of fering easy


maintenance and actuator mounting.

2 Bonnet: The bonnet is made from the same material as the body
to
ensure high reliability.
3 Body: The valve body is cylindrically shaped to prevent distortion
or undue stress during extreme working conditions. The wall
thickness is greater than, or in accordance with API, AND ASME
requirements.

1 Guiding: Guide separated from body provides continuous guiding
2 of valve disc from open to close position. Guiding surfaces are machined
in the same setup as the valve seat for concentricity.
5 Back seat: All valves are provided with positive backseat, and
packing replacement can be done with valve fully opened. The
conical seat and guide are integrally hard faced.

Disc: Fully guided with Stellited seating and guiding surfaces.

Seat Ring: Valve body inserted seat ring construction with hard-
