3. Click on the Connect button to establish a virtual tunnel from
your computer to the gateway and your computer will be
assigned an IP address that is routable within Oracle Partner
network. This will enable the use of any approved application
or tools.

4. If it is the first time the VPN Client is started, an Array SSL
Network Client plug-in will be downloaded and installed.
(Subsequent connections will be much faster.)

5. Once the VPN Client has connected to the Oracle Partner
network, the Connect button will change to Disconnect. You
can now access your environment. Once the VPN Client is
connected, set Proxy settings to http://wpad/wpad.dat and
this will ensure connection to SLACK, Jabber and other apps.

6. When connected you will see a red “A” icon in your system tray
like the one shown below, you can click on this icon to bring up
the VPN status application.

7. From this application you can disconnect the vpn simply by
clicking “Disconnect”, if you have left the browser window
open you can reconnect without having to renter your
username and password. If you click the “Exit and Logout”
button from this application then reconnecting will require you
to re-enter your credentials in the web browser.
