    念：恭请十法界一切众生，体内体外一切众生，同步修炼。(重复 3 次)
    Gōngqǐng shí fǎ jiè yīqiè zhòngshēng, tǐnèi tǐwài yīqiè zhòngshēng, tóngbù
    xiūliàn
    To pay respect to all sentient beings from the 10 realms, to all sentient beings
    inside and outside my body, May we practise together. (Repeat 3 times)
    诵念： 大孔雀明王佛母咒 Om Mayura Grande Swaha
    （最少 5 分钟 Recite at least 5 mins）
    念：感谢十法界一切众生，体内体外一切众生，同步修炼。(重复 3 次)
    Gǎnxiè shí fǎjiè yīqiè zhòngshēng, tǐnèi tǐwài yīqiè zhòngshēng, tóngbù xiūliàn

    To give gratitude to all sentient beings from the 10 realms, to all sentient
    beings inside and outside my body, May we practise together. (Repeat 3 times)

    (Dedication of Merits)

    愿以此功德，普及于一切。 我等与众生，皆共成佛道。(重复 3 次)
    Yuàn yǐ cǐ gōngdé, pǔjí yú yīqiè. Wǒ děng yǔ zhòngshēng, jiē gòng chéng fó
    dào

    May all the merits thus accumulated, be dedicated to all sentient beings.
    May all sentient beings and I, together attain Buddhahood. (Repeat 3 times)
