    accordingly revoked;
    THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA
    (ii) the calendar of the House as approved on 18th February,

    ASSEMBLY
    (iii) the next sitting of the National Assembly will be held on
    PURSUANT to Article 126 (1) of the Constitution, the National Tuesday, 14th April, 2020, commencing at 2.30 pm.
    Assembly approved its calendar for the fourth session on the 18th
    February, 2020; Dated the 7th April, 2020.

    Whereas on the 17th March, 2020, the Assembly amended the JUSTIN MUTURI,
    calendar and resolved to proceed on recess and resume on the 14th Speaker of the National Assembly.
    April, 2020 in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic;
    Whereas pursuant to Standing Order 29 (1), the Leader of Majority GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3008
    Party of the Assembly requested for Special Sittings of the Assembly
    for purposes of considering measures seeking to cushion the public THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT
    from the economic effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic; (No. 17 of 2012)
    And Whereas the Special Sittings of the Assembly were THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF MERU STANDING ORDERS
    subsequently notified vide Gazette Notice No. 2793 and scheduled to
    be held on Wednesday, 8th April, 2020; SPECIAL SITTINGS OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY
