Veeva now provides product training via Virtual
Instructor-led sessions. Our courses are led by live instructors
in an interactive format with hands-on exercises, live Q&A and
breakout rooms.
The Virtual Instructor-led courses allow Veeva’s customers
and partners access to more training options than ever
before, while maintaining the high-standard of quality in our
offerings.

Certification
Veeva has launched a new Veeva Certification Program for
Customers, Partners and Veeva employees. The new program is
designed to be the standard for Veeva product expertise
Certifications are available for Vault, CRM, Multichannel CRM,
and Network Configuration Tracks.
The new program includes 3 Levels of Certification: White
Belt, Grey Belt, Orange Belt

maintaining an active certification.

Registration and Purchase Process
Before you register for a course you will need to purchase your
desired track(s)
• If you’ve already purchased your pre-requisites,
you can purchase the next tracks separately.
• Purchase Platform and Application tracks together
or separately
Once the purchase process is complete you will be provided
with an order number that can be used when you register
for each course in the track you've purchased.

Certification Requirements
All Veeva Customers and Partners that complete the required training courses called out in this
document are eligible to take the certification exam(s).
Training completion criteria consists of:
• Participation for the course entirety
• Passing all in course quizzes (as applicable)
• Successful completion of all course laboratory exercises
• Successful completion of the course capstone exercise (as applicable)
Successfully completing the certification exam is required to be eligible for Veeva certification. Once the exam is
complete, application for the Veeva Certitication program can be fill at veeva.com/services/certification.
Exam Structure
The certification exam is a self-paced open book knowledge exam administered on the
Veeva Training Services Portal.

Exam Deadline & Attempts
The certification exam(s) must be completed within 30 days of the course completion date and without outside
assistance.
Certification candidates are given two attempts to pass the knowledge exam.
If the exam is not successfully completed after two attempts the required training courses must be retaken in
order to regain eligibility for additional exam attempts.
Expiration & Maintenance
Once the exam is successfully completed, candidates must apply to the Veeva Certification Program at veeva.
com/services/certification. Please note, there are additional requirements to certification that are detailed on this
site.
Certification remains active for up to 15 months from the date of attainment and automatically expires unless
it is renewed, prior to expiration, through our annual upgrade exam.
If a certification expires, the initial certification process–completion of required training courses and certification
exam(s)–must be repeated in order to regain the certification.
Between August and November, Veeva Training Services offers annual upgrade exams to validate that Certified
Administrators are current in their product knowledge. Successful completion of the annual upgrade exam is
required for Certified individuals to renew their certifications for another year.
The annual upgrade exams are open to Veeva employees, Customers and Partners that hold an active (non-
expired) Veeva Certification.
