This document contains a lab assignment on descriptive statistics. It analyzes survey data on customer satisfaction (good or bad) and product price. The key findings are: 1. 32 people responded "bad" and 35 responded "good" out of 67 total responses. 2. Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, etc.) were calculated for satisfaction and price. 3. Charts (histogram, pie chart) were created to visualize the satisfaction and price distributions. 4. A chi-square test found a statistically significant association between price and satisfaction.

a. 108 cells (100.0%) have expected count less than 5. The minimum
expected count is .48.
H0: There is no association between product price and satisfaction.
H1: There is association between product price and satisfaction.

Inference:

Since .388>0.05, There is a statistically significant association between product price and
satisfaction. Therefore, Accept H0.

Conclusion:
Therefore, the Number of People who said Good or Bad and the association between unit
price and satisfaction was found using Descriptive Statistics, Frequency charts (Histogram
and Pie-charts) and Chi square test. It was found that 32 people said bad and 35 people said
good out of the total 67 people. It was also found that there is a statistically significant
association between product price and satisfaction.
