GENERAL CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT is made, executed and entered into by:

1. That the parties hereto are about to enter into a contract of marriage,

2. That they hereby mutually agree that their property relations as future
spouses shall be under the regime of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF
PROPERTIES during the marriage;

3. That all the property, real and personal, now owned or hereafter to be
owned by the future wife ___________________________, shall remain
to be her own exclusive and separate property, subject to her sole
disposition, administration and enjoyment, while those of the future
husband, ___________________________, shall likewise remain to be
his own absolute ownership, disposition and administration.

4. That all the earnings from any profession, business or industry shall
