PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
 Currently utilizing my services at M/S Napino Control Systems India Private Ltd; a joint venture of Napino
& Continental Netherland for setting up a new plant for manufacturing EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection)
compatible for two-wheeler with BS-VI applicability in India as “Asst. Manager- Commercial” since July
2018 onwards.

JOB PROFILE:
 Responsible for Stores management, Supply Chain Management, Dispatch Planning, Transportation
Handling, Demand planning, Material planning, receipt & issuance, Manpower Handling, Inventory
Controlling with M&M level define, Maintaining FIFO.
 Preparing material plan against Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecasting
inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and
implement an inventory management.
 Defining the inventory level(M&M), safety stock in plant on basis of various factors customer
requirement, material lead time and production capacity etc.
 Daily Co-ordination of Production plan with Production team as per Customer requirement.
 Monitoring the analysis of actual dispatch/consumption as per the forecast.
 Logistics planning & finalization of transportation contract & bill processing for payment.
 Management of Inventory of row material, BOP part and prepare schedule, Follow-up with overseas and
domestic suppliers.
 Ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings with minimum holding of stock.
 Minimizing variances with Purchase & Production Department by checking physical stock of raw & packing
materials and comparing it with ERP system stock.
 Monitoring packing material, consumables and Bins & Trays, other required parts.
 Material flow Improvement & New Location Storage Planning.
 Routine follow up with forwarder/ shipping Line/ CHA related to stuffing & de-stuffing of Container, CAN,
IGM/EGM Details, MAWB, freight Bill, BOE, shipping bills, LR, Rate Negotiation for Import & Export etc.
 Monitoring all pre & post document of Import / Export Custom clearance documents, like as preparation
of bill of entry Checklist, Shipping bill checklist, online filling bill of entry and shipping bill, coordination
with shipping line, collecting charges from Shipping line and CFS, scrutiny of all the documents, verifying
correct BTN/Classification of the import goods, checking proper duty structure etc.
 Taking monthly Schedule forecasting from Sales Team for Dispatch Planning Check the daily customer
portal for delivery schedule for OEM (MSIL / HCIL / SUBROS/ HMSIL / HMIL/Toyota etc.).
 Customer relationship for all customer requirements and compliances.
 Responsible for all types of audits related to Stores & supply chain such as Customer audit & ISO standard
audits.

JOB PROFILE:
 Taking monthly Schedule forecasting from Sales Team for Dispatch Planning Check the daily customer
portal for delivery schedule for OEM (MSIL / HCIL / SUBROS/ HMSIL / HMIL/Toyota etc.).
 Stock verification and physical inventory reconciliation.
 Responsible for physical inventory and elimination of inventory variance.
 Responsible for directing and functions of receipts, inspection, storage, issues and related
documentations.

 Monitoring & Controlling on Inventory for slow moving and dead items and prepare a report and circulate
to management.
 Monitoring the stock levels of Consumables, Spares, Stocks at Warehouses/ Stores and ensuring timely
procurement & replenishment of stocks.

 Controlling of dispatch documents like – Excise Invoice / Customs invoice / Commercial Invoice / Waybill /
Consignment Card / Bin Card / ASN / KANBAN/ARE-3 & ARE-1 / Packing List and others required document
for dispatch.
 Monitoring the import activity within the organization and control the activity related to import licenses
and their fulfillment the obligations, timely closure of EPCG, DEPB, FPS, FMS & advance licenses.
 Verify all documents for Import/Export consignment i.e. B/L, Bill of entry, Shipping Bill, LR copy for Re-
Warehousing Purpose.
 Submission of all import-export documents to Finance department.
 Preparing and monitoring the daily/weekly/monthly report and submission to management.
 Responsible for making document related to any Returnable & Non-returnable material.
 Monitoring & Controlling on Inventory for slow moving and dead items and prepare a report and circulate
to management.
 Preparing MIS and circulation to management.
 Implementing 5S and Kaizen system in routine work.
 Efficient utilization of manpower in our Dispatch and store area & handling 20 to 25-man power team
for different Store and Dispatch activities.
