WC Assign-2

The document outlines two modules that describe various aspects of LTE uplink and downlink transmission. Module 3 explains the end-to-end LTE architecture and frame structures, as well as resource allocation and scheduling for the downlink. It also describes the uplink frame structure for SC-FDMA. Module 4 covers uplink transport channel processing, frequency hopping, reference signals, and random access channels. It also discusses H-ARQ feedback, precoding, scheduling, uplink sounding, buffer status reporting, and power control for uplink transmissions.
