hotels or have been associated with hotel/travel/tourism sector for a very long
period of time. I also believe that your responses will be very valuable for my
research. Below are some items, which have been developed as a result of a
Delphi technique. I would like to use these, in the development of a booking
scale. The plan is to use this items/construct in a likert scale on agreement and
disagreement.
