Domain J_1ICONDNAME1:
Execute Transaction code SE11 and enter J_1ICONDNAME1 in Domain.
Click on Change button as shown in below screen shot.

Go to Value range tab and enter the below values at the end as shown below
TCSBASEAR1 A/R TCS Base 0.1%
TCSBASEAR2 A/R TCS Base 5%
TCSBASEAR3 A/R TCS Base 1%
TCSBASEAR4 A/R TCS Base 10%

Note: Condition record determination for TCS base is supported only for the Condition table 362
i.e Access sequence containing fields Country/Control Code combination.

Execute the transaction V/07
In access sequence JIGW – IN: Withholding tax, add 362 condition table as the first entry as shown
below.

Field Assignment:

Condition types
Make the following changes to the pricing procedure that you have configured:
Create the following output condition types for TCS
• JTC1 TCS Base 0.1% w PAN
• JTC3 TCS base 1% w/o PAN

Below conditions are applicable for “Sale of Foreign Tour Packages”.


If you are not into service of selling foreign tour packages, then no need to create
below conditions

• JTC2 TCS base 5% w PAN


• JTC4 TCS base 10% w/o PAN

Execute the transaction V/06

JTC1: Condition type for 0.1% TCS base price

JTC2: Condition type for 5% TCS base price

JTC3: Condition type for 1% TCS base price

JTC4: Condition type for 10% TCS base price

JGTC: Condition type for Timber/Tendu/Alcohol/Scrap


The existing TCS condition which is used for Timber/Tendu Leaves/ Alcoholic liquor/Scrap sale
etc should also be assigned with JIGW access sequence as shown below.

Classify the condition type
Classify the condition types in the view - J_1IEXCDEFN using the transaction SM30 as shown
below.
Note: Procedure shown here is an example.

Execute the transaction V/08
Maintain the defined condition types in the pricing procedure and assign 363 routine only to
JTC1, JTC2, JTC3 and JTC4 conditions as shown below.
Note: This is a reference pricing configuration
JGTC, JTC1, JTC2, JTC3, JTC4 should also include Goods and Service Tax amounts
