MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL PARTIES BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by and between the Barangay


Lasang, Davao City by it duly Authorized representative Barangay Chairman.

and

Mrs. MADILYN B. SANICO the Community Coordinator / Event Organizer. As the


community Coordinator/Event Organizer will be conducting “Let’s Save Our Mother
Earth Program” thru Mangrove Planting within the vicinity of the Barangay for the
School Year 2019-2020. It will be initiated and supervised by the aforesaid Community
Coordinator with the participation/ involvement of Teachers, students, PTA, Purok
Leader and Residents of Purok Pisces Sitio Bucana Lasang Davao City.

In witness hereof they have here unto affixed their signature of this Memorandum
of Agreement this 4th day of August 2019, Barangay Lasang, Davao City, Philippines.
