Literature Review and exploration with key stakeholders

Share the interview protocol with the authorized representative of the
organization and obtain necessary permissions
Schedule and Conduct in-depth interviews lasting for 60 mins  – 90 mins
Transcribe all interviews and create documented soft copy qualitative data
Perform data analyses using NVIVO to develop open codes and selective
codes leading the key constructs/themes
Conduct data analyses using NVIVO and Identify key constructs and data
structure
Propose the emergent themes that inform a conceptual model for career
progression for women professionals
Conduct Quantitative Study
Develop instruments to measure gender segregation, culture, and women's
career progression.
Apply the sampling strategy and procure permissions from relevant
organizations for survey

Conduct the survey in the participating organizations to test the model and
validate the instruments developed
Perform Statistical analysis of the quantitative data using SPSS and PLS-SEM
and run tests to validate the instruments and model fit
Conduct Statistical analysis of the quantitative data using SPSS and run tests

Identify the key paths that can inform policy relating to women career
development
Dissemination of knowledge and training for practitioners/ students
