     Started by Hussain M. Elius. and Shifat Adnan
     Founded in October 9. 2015.
     Pathao has ride-sharing services, food delivery, courier and E-commerce
    logistics solution services.
     Number of employees: 500
     Pathao started its journey as a delivery service back in 2015 with its fleet
    of motorcycles and bicycles
     Later in 2016, Pathao started bike-sharing services on mid-2016
     over 50,000 bikes registered in its platform and the company is valued
    over $100 million as of April 2018
     On September 2018, Pathao launched its services in Nepal
      became the first major ride-sharing service and got certificate from
    authorities
     headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh

    Why Successful
     pent-up demand: pathao understood the need of Bangladesh. ride-
    hailing and transportation problem. And pent-up demand for a service
    which would save people time and energy
     First comer: in Bangladesh There was no other ride sharing app and
    parcel service so that they took the advantage
     One App for All: Pathao provides many other services other than ride
    sharing app such as: Parcel, Merchant Delivery, Food Delivery and
    Pathao Pay.
     Investors: Pathao currently has 5 investors in total along with 3 lead
    investors from Series funding round.tial funding from Battery Road Digital
    Holdings LLC
     Going international: In 2018 Pathao entered Nepal Also it is looking
    to expand its business in other Asian Countries in near future
     Advertisement: they push there customer from the ground level and
    addressed a need in the market. Competitors have 600 restaurants over
    13 areas in Dhaka; They got down on the ground and enlisted over 3600
    restaurants and in Chittagong 2,500 restaurants to start Pathao Foods.
    Also thought about the affordability of people.
