• Preparing the Cam Program using CIMATRON
• Check the NC Programme simulations
• Electrode extraction using CIMATRON E8.5
• Preparing the electrode sketches for EDM department.
• To Control and Standardize to shorten machining time, to reduce rejection
due to CAM and to continuously improve caming quality and productivity.
• Responsible for evaluating methods to increase productivity & efficiency.
• Responsible for giving Quality output in the department.
• To help the tool makers in mould assembly time.
• Knowledge in CMM.
