Are you an expert developer of


- Flutter for mobile,
- Dart for web apps, and
- use GraphQL client and SQLite for local data storage?

EXPERT - Not your definition of expert, but that which anyone will agree is an expert.
 Minimum full time 1+ years of Flutter Dart use for deployed, Apple or Google Play Stores published apps and web apps.
 Don’t include practice projects, self-study projects, university/school projects etc.
 Minimum full time 3+ years of mobile apps and web apps development with React Native/JS, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Xamarin
 You must be able to combine multiple different development platforms in 1 app/project if required e.g. Flutter + React
Native + Swift/Java etc.
 These 3+ years of experience are working full time as a developer. Don’t include time while in college/school/university.
 You must have published full projects to the Stores. Know about and how to use analytics, crash analytics, user interaction
etc. of the apps after users begin usage on their devices.
 You must send us SOURCE CODE of projects where we can check your code quality.
 MUST be complex project/s in terms of coding skill required
 Please don’t try to impress us with excuses about NDA’s. We are a business and use NDA’s too and so know a lot
about them. You only have to copy the section of code YOU HAVE WRITTEN, NOT BOILERPLATE OR COPIED FROM
OTHER PROJECTS. Remove all references to the client, their project or anything to identify what is unique about
them.
 If you cannot do this, DO NOT APPLY for the job.
 If you want us to see your repo, send link with credentials if required.

We want to set up a team of 3-4 developers from anywhere in the world. Bonus if you can be the team lead to
- work,
- guide,
- teach,
- supervise, and
- make sure the team produce
- high quality,
- secure,
- maintainable code that complies with coding convention.

If you are thinking of getting rich quickly/immediately, don't waste your time and move on.

We are looking for people who are


- tired of spending so much of time looking for projects/work,
- lots of downtime without work,
- boring work,
- not getting paid because of disputes etc.

Instead, you want


- stability,
- exciting and challenging work, and
- regular pay.

You must be willing to do whatever is needed to get the work done based on real world issues
- time constraints,
- commitments to customers,
- competition etc.

This job is not suitable for you if you want to


- count the number of hours worked,
- want an hourly pay,
- only want to work a fixed number of hours irrespective of the business realities and needs,
- if you must ask how many hours you have to work, if it is a full-time job etc., DO NOT APPLY for the job.

If you want to be paid the salary paid by big, name-brand companies, then try your luck there.
