    Maam. Shirley Vaflor become a dental secretary for 15 years so they stand a

    Dentist Apparatus Store and Sir. Lemuel Vaflor like cars so they stand a carwash but,

    the owner of this 2 business is Maam Shirley Vaflor.

    Narrative Report

    We have tasked on our immersion subject to have an interview of one of the

    teachers in Baluan National High School who have a business. The group chosen Mr.

    Lemuel Vaflor who has a car wash and dental supplies business. On January 09, 2020

    at exactly 3:00 PM, we decided to go down stairs for us to know if Sir Lemuel is on his

    vacant time. Going to his office we can saw him doing something in his computer. So,

    we are doubting that he is busy and he might be not entertained us. One of our group

    member decided to enter on his office and try to asked him if he is busy. We told to him

    if a little minute we can borrow his time for us to conduct our interview regarding on his

    business. But suddenly at first, he told to us that he is busy doing reports. A moment

    passed, he asked us if what are the possible questions he need to answered. So we

    started to asked questions carefully about the nature of business he have, description of

    services, target clients, organizational structure, rules and regulations, safety measures

    and proper hygiene. We have learned a lot regarding on his business because of his

    well said explanations just like how he chose their supplier. He make it sure that the

    supplier was legal and have an assurance. He also told to us the strategies of having a

    business just like him. He and us talked a lot about business, we consume a time of

    interviewing him for about 30 minutes. After the interview we got a picture to him and

    asked a permission if we can visit his car wash and dental supply business and took a

    picture on it. Sir Lemuel agreed and permitted us to go on his business. On January 15,

    2020 the group decided to visit his business in Lagao, General Santos City. We took a

    ride on the highway and when we arrived to the right place we took a picture on it. After

    that, the group decided to go home. We finished first the tasked given to us and make a

    narrative report including the taken pictures on our interview together with sir Lemuel.

    When the narrative report finished, one of our group member decided to print out the

    said report. When the narrative report was already printed we put it on a long folder and
    ready to pass on our immersion teacher Mr. Jack Robert Labrador before 8:00 in the

    morning.

    Management Process

    Their Nature of Business was Dental Supply and Carwash. The Description of their

    business was Product and Services. Their clients in carwash was business man or all

    people that have vehicle while in the Dental Supply was the Doctors/Nurses. Their

    Organizational Structure as Maam. Shirley Vaflor is the owner of this two business, she

    is in sole Proprietorship. There workers in carwash (6 – Workers) and in Dental Supply

    (1 Dentist. Their type of handling their business was in flat organization. They also have

    rules and regulation, the worker must have SSS and the most important is don’t be late

    and don’t steal.

    Business Process

    They have their Safety Measure the PPE and First aid. While in their

    maintenance they use shampoo, water, wax, electricity to maintain the cleanliness of

    their business. They also supply a good quality product that have a OR and Label. In

    terms of Hygiene their workers are clean. The costumers always come back its because

    of good services of their carwash. Their practice is to clean Before and After.
