This chapter presents the results of a survey conducted with Grade XI students on procrastination. Table 1 shows that the top reason students procrastinate is knowing what needs to be done but doing something else instead. Table 2 found the main effects of procrastinating are often failing to meet deadlines and rarely completing tasks on time. Table 3 indicates that most students (67%) always spend their time wisely, while 20% often do and 10% sometimes do.
