    FCB 功能要求
    FCB functional requirements
    电网故障，机组无故障时，汽轮发电机组带厂用电运行。
    If power grid fails and the unit is without fault, steam turbine unit is operated with
    auxiliary power.
    FCB（带厂用电运行时）控制的目标
    Target of FCB (running time with auxiliary power) Control
    1）FCB 动作时锅炉触发快速减负荷；
    Boiler will trigger rapid load-reduction when FCB is activated;
    2）FCB 动作时，为保护汽轮机，要求锅炉出口蒸汽的温度维持在允许范围内；
    In case of FCB activation, in order to protect the steam turbine, boiler outlet steam
    temperature is required to be maintained within the allowable range;
    3）汽轮发电机带厂用电负荷运行；
    Turbine is running with auxiliary power load;
    4）汽机旁路系统投入快开泄压、控压(机组运行旁路自动投入)；
    The steam turbine bypass system is put into quick-open and pressure-releasing and
    pressure control (automatic control input of bypass during unit operation);
    5）在 FCB 工况下甩负荷过程中，锅炉可以按甩负荷控制方式使锅炉蒸发量降至最低稳

    燃负荷，必要时主蒸汽通过锅炉 PCV 阀安全释放，保证安全阀不起跳；


    In the process of load shedding under FCB working condition, boiler can reduce the
    boiler evaporation amount to the lowest stable combustion load according to the
    load shedding control mode, and main steam can be safely released through the
    boiler PCV valve when necessary, so as to ensure that the safety valve does not act;
    6）机组减负荷过程中，运行参数变化控制在安全范围内，不引起停机、停炉保护动作 ，

    不危及机组及其辅机系统及设备的安全，故障排除后较快地恢复并网发电。
    In the process of load reduction, the change of operation parameters is controlled in
    the safe range, not cause turbine shutdown, boiler shutdown protection action, not
    endanger the safety of the unit and its auxiliary system and equipment, and recovers
    the grid-connected power generation quickly after troubleshooting.
    FCB（带厂用电运行时）动作内容
    Action content of FCB (running with auxiliary power)
    FCB 动作时，由于进入汽机的蒸汽大幅度减少或切断，原进入汽轮机的蒸汽由旁路替代，
    保持机组工质循环，保持机组能量平衡。
    During the activation of FCB, because the steam entering turbine is greatly reduced
    or cut off, the steam entering turbine is replaced by bypass to maintain the working
    medium circulation of the unit and maintain the energy balance of the unit.
    1）为了维持机组工质平衡和循环，FCB 发生时，汽机由于调门会瞬间快速关闭，旁路
    必须快速打开，满足锅炉蒸汽量流通要求，维持机组工质平衡，维持锅炉出口 FCB 动
    作前压力，必要时主蒸汽通过锅炉 PCV 阀安全释放，保证安全阀不起跳；
    In order to maintain the balance and circulation of working medium of the unit,
    when FCB occurs, because turbine adjusting valve will close quickly, bypass must be
    opened quickly to meet the requirements of boiler steam flow circulation, maintain
    the balance of working medium of the unit, maintain boiler outlet pressure before
    FCB activation, and main steam can be safely released through the boiler PCV valve
    when necessary, so as to ensure that the safety valve does not act;
    2）考虑凝汽器容量满足 FCB 运行工况瞬态最大汽机排汽量（60%低压旁路排气量）；
    Considering that the condenser capacity meets the transient maximum turbine
    exhaust capacity under FCB working condition (60% low pressure bypass exhaust
    amount);
    3）除氧器在 FCB 工况时正常的抽汽汽源失去，在小岛工况下，除氧器定压运行。
    The normal extraction steam source of deaerator is lost in FCB condition, and
    deaerator operates at constant pressure under the condition of auxiliary power.
    FCB（带厂用电运行时）功能逻辑

    FCB 功能是机组异常工况的自动快速降负荷控制，需要 FSSS、MCS、DEH、BPC 功能及发

    电机励磁调节系统等协调配合完成。FCB 功能控制复杂；过程涉及系统和设备多，机组

    工况变动剧烈，而控制过程持续时间较短，运行控制要求较高。
    FCB function is the automatic and rapid load reduction control under abnormal
    working conditions of the unit, which needs the coordination and cooperation of
    FSSS,MCS,DEH,BPC function and generator excitation regulation system. FCB
    function control is complex; there are many systems and equipment involved in the
    process, the working conditions of the unit change violently, and the duration of the
    control process is short, and the operation control requirements are high.
    FCB 触发条件：
    FCB trigger condition:
    主变高压侧出口断路器断开（２／３），且机组本身无故障（无 MFT 且汽机未跳闸），

    且 FCB 功能已投运；且机组负荷不低于４ 0%负荷(暂定)。


    Outlet circuit breaker of main transformer high voltage side is disconnected (２／３),
    and the unit itself has no fault (no MFT and no tripping of the turbine), and the FCB
    function has been put into operation, and the load of the unit is not less than 40%
    load (tentative).
    FCB 复位条件：

    MCS 的 FCB 控制
    FCB Control of MCS
    FCB 工况发生时，锅炉必须以最快的速度把燃烧率降到锅炉最低稳燃出力（30% BMCR

    ）。
    When FCB condition occurs, boiler must reduce the combustion rate to the minimum
    stable combustion output of boiler(30%BMCR)at the fastest speed.
    锅炉停止给煤，床温下降至 700 度时手动恢复给煤。(停止相应给煤机）
    Boiler stops feeding coal, and coal feeding is manually restored when bed
    temperature drops to 700℃. (stop according coal feeder)
    锅炉送风量跟随锅炉指令快速降低，以稳定锅炉燃烧。
    The forced draft flow of boiler decreases rapidly according to the boiler instruction
    to stabilize the combustion of boiler.
    给水调节系统由三冲量控制瞬态自动切换为单冲量控制。
    Feeding water regulation system is automatically switched from three impulse
    control to single impulse control.
    锅炉主控切手控跟踪目标负荷值，但风自动、汽温等系统在自动方式。自动解除上述

    调节系统偏差大切手动功能，直至 FCB 复位。


    Boiler main control is switched to manual control to track target load value, but air,
    steam temperature and other systems are in automatic mode. Automatically remove
    the function of switching to manual in case of the above-mentioned adjustment
    system large deviation until FCB reset.
    FCB 功能启动后，其控制信号应保持到锅炉负荷降至 FCB 目标负荷指令时为止。
    After FCB function is activated, its control signal shall remain until boiler load drops
    to FCB target command load.
    FCB 工况时过热器减温水调节门在原位置基础上迅速关小，保持自动状态。
    In the case of FCB working condition, the superheater desuperheating water
    adjusting valve is quickly turned down on the basis of the original position, and the
    automatic state is kept.
    FSSS 的 FCB 控制
    FCB Control of FSSS
    FSSS 收到 FCB 信号后，切除相应的给煤机，床温下降至 700 度时手动恢复给煤。
    When FCB signal is received by FSSS, the according coal feeder is cut off and coal
    feeding is manually restored when bed temperature drops to 700℃.
    汽包水位保护定值自动放大，以防保护动作跳炉。
    The protection setting value of drum water level is automatically magnified to
    prevent the protection action from tripping the boiler.
    DEH 的 FCB 控制

    旁路快速打开，超驰脉冲
    The bypass opens quickly and overrides the pulse.
    在旁路快开后，控制汽压和汽温，满足机组的运行要求。
    After the bypass is quickly opened, the steam pressure and steam temperature are
    controlled to meet the operation requirements of the unit.
    SCS 的 FCB 控制

    FCB 工况发生时，抽汽逆止门及电动门迅速关闭，疏水阀打开
    When the FCB condition occurs, extraction check valve and electric valve are closed
    quickly, and the drain valve is opened.
    80%负荷以上开锅炉 PCV 阀
    More than 80% load, boiler PCV valve is opened
