1-1 OPC Server

Please create tags according to the Configuration Manual.

Later, click [ File ] Æ [ Make Active ] to activate new created configuration file.

1-2 Connect OPC Client to OPC Server through Indusoft

Start Indusoft Studio v6.1, then click [ File ] Æ [ New ] to create a new project

Open the Project page to define the Location, Configuration file and Target platform.

Open the [ Comm ] page in the Workspace

Select [ OPC ] pressing the right key and select [ Insert ].

To connect OPC Server tags to SCADA. Move the cursor to the [ Tag Name ] pressing the
right key and select [ Insert Tag ].

Select the Tag to be connected with.

Press the right key on the [ Item ] space and then select [ OPC Browser ] to select the OPC
Server tags.

Select the tag you need, then click [ OK ].

Press the right key on the [ Scan ] space to display the pulldown Menu, then select
[ Always ].

Click [ File ] Æ [ Save ] to save the settings as a new file.

Select [ Project ] Æ [ Status ] in OPC Client page.

Select「OPC Client Runtime」Æ「Startup」
