Digifuse is an organization which blends global digital technologies to help businesses build
their brand presence through our extensive student network.
It provides effective digital marketing solutions by running various campus activations, user
acquisitions and brand awareness campaigns through youth marketing. They have worked for
100+ brands to promote them through our student network.

Company helps the brands to build up their influencer marketing campaigns with top creators
that deliver engaging social media content for their audience and help to boost up their
product/service.
ABOUT THE CEO – MR.TUSHAR BHATIA
A passionate and visionary executive, started his journey by founding 'Brainweave' during his
college days which focussed on brain development programs and workshops to escalate
intellectual level of students.

Over the years, he started gaining profound interest in youth marketing, brand promotions &
influencer marketing which led him to kick-start his career in this field by starting 'Digifuse'
which blends global digital technologies to help businesses build their brand presence through
our extensive student network.

After finding success in this field, he teamed up with three more individuals in order to build a
customized student centric application named 'Picxele' with an idea of bridging the gap between
the brands and college students by providing our users a platform to avail exciting offers,
rewarding tasks & campaigns, cashbacks, part/full-time internships, quests, jobs, etc.

Form of marketing in which focus is placed on influential people rather than the target market as
whole. It identifies the individuals that have influence over potential customers, and orients
marketing activities around these influencers.

The company researches, analyses, and identifies the right audience for you which can convert
your impression into successful leads.
JOB
ALLOTED
I worked at Digifuse for my ‘work from home’ internship as a digital marketing intern.

My job and responsibilities were as follows-


 Learn higher version of M.s Excel and Photoshop for better working
 Capture prospects and leads for various tasks and meet the daily targets
 Communicate and create awareness about client company through digital marketing
 Use personal network to increase the prospects for the company
 Maintain record of leads

During my internship, I was supposed to meet the daily target leads i.e. prospect customers and
complete tasks like getting applications installed and registrations done, getting feedback &
survey forms filled, reviews for applications or Instagram pages, find current users of a product
and through cold calling /google forms take their feedbacks , website registrations etc.

LEARNINGS
1.
I worked directly with the other interns, reported directly to our team manager Ms. Shreya
Maheshwari. For convenience and efficiency, I created a WhatsApp group of all my prospect
leads and sent them the links for various registrations, surveys, feedbacks, application
installations etc.

I made use of my social media like Instagram and Facebook handles for posting stories,
awareness posts etc . I used special hashtags used by our company online so that people with
similar interests could easily reach the page.

Especially the business firms searching for various clients, service providers, etc online could
make use of it

Identifying and testing new digital platforms and tools
Using web analytics tools to monitor site traffic

Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and digital
marketing.

Tracking consumer feedbacks.

Learnt to use time wisely , delegating certain tasks and dedicating pre-set period to remaining
task.

Communication skills got developed as I learnt about the prospect behaviour and tried to
convince them.

I learnt practical application of various concepts and theories learnt at college , like-

The learning experience in this internship was very valuable for me and I believe it is directly
related to the discipline we are pursuing.
This was an opportunity to get practical experience.
As we researched on the different business environments/markets/consumers we came to know
that the strategy varies from region to region, because of diversity.
CONCLUSION AND
OBSERVATION

The placement program was exclusively of boundless achievement. The internship program me
to have an in-dept knowledge about practical problem solving in the corporate world Digifuse
has offered me with the opportunities to learn and develop in many areas. On the whole, this
internship was a useful experience. I have gained new knowledge, skills and as
well also learned the most important concept of academics i.e. the art of implementation of the
theoretical knowledge studying in college at Symbiosis to the corporate world/work
environment. The internship was also good to find out what my strengths and weakness are. This
helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time. It would be
better that the knowledge level of the language is sufficient to contribute fully to
projects and prepare me for my future career. This internship was carefully organized, scheduled,
and tasks were delegated with consideration of the individual. I feel that this internship was
highly successful, and I would like to once again extend my thanks to those involved.
RECOMMENDATIONS
AND SUGGESTIONS &
LIMITATIONS
RECOMMENDATION:
PROMOTED to level 2 as ‘Digifuse Cluster Manager’ and I am continuing my internship
seeking to learn and grow more.

LIMITATION OF STUDY:
While I had many useful experiences, I feel that I still need to work on my networking on
personal level, as a large network would have been useful for me during the internship and I
would have enjoyed more during my tasks.

Although I found meeting the deadlines challenging, I found it to be valuable in for my personal
growth. Facing rejections was an important part for me. Conversion into effective leads was a
real challenge. The constant pressure is something big to handle.
DECLARATION
This is to declare that ,I Devanshi Rastogi ,a student of Bachelor Of Business Administration in
Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida (2019-22) have given original and authentic
data , information and maintained full confidentiality to the best of my knowledge in this final
project report for BDA PROJECT 2019-22 & that no part of this information has been used for
