Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment:
100% Advance before dispatch of truck & payment should be drawn in the name
of Maxlite AAC Blocks India Pvt Ltd.

2. Transit Breakage:
Breakage up to 2 % on Total quantity Purchased during transportation and unloading of the material
is to your scope.
Chipping of edges and corner up to Palm size cannot be considered as breakages or wastages. Please
note that broken blocks in transit can be cut and used for filling.

3. Delivery :
Since our Manufacturing unit is located in Bangalore city we can dispatch in 24 Hours from the time of
confirmation of order.

4. Taxes :
Any change in the Tax structure by State/Central Government or local bodies will be

5. Reclaim Policy:
Any Breakages or wastages if there be any, has to be recorded after unloading of material and must be
informed to company in writing within 24 hours.
