Immediately, I went to start the respons application software to check how was my work. But
and unfortunately , the software can not be opened and a message similar to this below is displayed.
I repeat step 3 above many times but still I faced same issue.
Then I went to bring back my PC to factory set by using recovery USB stick tool.
And then all above steps repeated again, all were ok except in step 3 I faced the same issue exactly.
After that, I try to delete the database by using database utility.exe to start from zero and create a blank
database.
After deletion, a- {check database} selected (No database present) message is appeared.
b- { browse file} selected….then I try to find a file like..( MLrespons02122011
Rev20c_with ISE”) in the new 2018 software folder but there is no similar files found and I found only
this file in the database utility folder (MultiXL.BKP)” in folder \MLrespons920 V20xx.xx.xx\Database
Utility !! I chosed it…… and {create database} then pressed.
Creation done successfully and this message displayed All corresponding Databases created successfully”
At this point I thought all things run ok but when I went to start the application software , I got this
So , I thinks my problem is that I can not get the right connection between database and software.
