Introduction

Libraries is a place where the learners provide a safe place to focus on their learning as
well as access information from their numerous resources, including librarians, texts, and for any
educational purposes. Library can provide us additional knowledge and time management in
searching informations.
It is very important for the learners to gather more informations and library is the house
of knowledge that can lead them in their research, a perfect workplace to develop their learning
process and thinking skills for their projects and assignments. Library is a place where the school
community can access an organized, selected collection of multimedia and digital resources that
supports the curriculum, addressing students varying reading abilities and learning styles.
(Library, 2013) When school libraries are well-organized, it is easy for the learners to select
their chosen books and criticized ideas.
But most of the learners are facing struggles when they are entering at the library.
Difficulty in finding books which contain the subject for research is another problems
experienced by the library users. (Arellano et.al, 2008) Most of the learners are having struggles
in terms of finding books consist of much time. Another problem is the monitoring of the
borrowing and returning of books and other materials inside the library. Proper management
system for the library has a big impact not only for the library users but also for the librarians
and the school.
Library management system benefits every students in 21st century. This system
provides the users a number of selection that would make locating a certain book faster and more
convenient. It can help the learners in maintaining data of books issued to learners and books
available in the library. The work of the learners will be easier, rather than consuming long hours
of searching where they can search it if there is a book they are really looking for.
The purpose of this study is to inform learners that they can take advantage the benefit of
the best quality service in library management system. This study aims to inform the learners
about the positive effects having library management system. The difference of this study from
other research is that our research focuses on the main issue in one workplace that most of the
learners didn’t prioritized (di gaanong binibigyang pansin)
The significance of this study will provide useful information of the library management
system. With the help of this study, it will greatly benefit the learners in terms of the proper
management system of the library
The study give the learner's to improve the library management system of the school.

2. What are the problems that the learners was facing while they are inside the library?\

3. What are the possible solution to enhance the library management system of St. Joseph
Academy?
