With due respect, we would like to apologize you for being unable to respond immediately to
your request for a copy of our company brochure, portfolio, and price list of services that we
offer.
Due to the change of Manager, our company has been experiencing a series of key staff
changes for the past days, which may have resulted in your letter of request being missed. In
consequence, it took almost 3 weeks before your letter reached my office.
At Peanut Butter Store, we deeply value our professional relationship with you, our
customers, and we take pride in ensuring our client's satisfaction with our services. However,
we admit that this time we failed in meeting your expectations. Because of this, our
Communications Department has already been directed to undertake certain measures to
prevent communication system failures in the future.
I hope that you are still interested to avail our services. Attached herewith are the company
brochure, portfolio, and price list of web design services that you have requested. Please do
not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns about these documents.
