Sinbad

Hello everyone and very good evening to all teachers, brilliant judges, lovely

contestants and my loyal friends. I’am Raxrill Ozil Bin Royson from Rumah Merah, I

would like to entertain all of you with a story that I like the most. The title of the story is

“Sinbad”. But before you are amazed, I would love if everyone lend me your ears,

widen your eyes and zip your mouth. Thank you.

Sinbad the sailor made a great fortune travelling to faraway places, buying and

selling good. One day, Sinbad and his crew were visiting an island when a great

monster appeared. Everyone scrambled to set sail, but in the rush, Sinbad was left

behind.

Sinbad looked around and noticed giant egg. As he looked closer, a huge bird

landed on it. Sinbad grabbed hold of its leg. When the bird took off, it carried Sinbad

away and dropped him in a valley covered in jewels.

Sinbad noticed the ground was also covered with huge snakes! Sinbad looked

up. He saw men on the cliffs throwing pieces of meat. They were hoping the birds

would grab the meat and jewels at the same time! When the birds returned to their

nest, the men would steal the jewels.

Sinbad had a plan! He stuck a jewel onto some meat. When a bird

swooped down, he grabbed its leg and was carried away. When Sinbad found a ship

and returned home, he sold the jewel and gave the money to the poorest people in his

town.

So, the moral that we can get from this story are we should be wise and be kind

to other people. That’s all from me thank you.
