    DESCRIPTION

    BHDC 1002 (Primary Emulsifier) is a liquid blend of selected. It is essentially fatty acid and used to
    emulsify water into oil in oil /diesel base drilling fluids. It provides excellent emulsion stability, acts as a
    wetting agent, gelling agent and fluid stabilizer in a mineral oil base. It is also used for filtration control and
    for temperature stability.
    SPECIFICATION

    1. Appearance Dark brown color liquid
    2. Specific gravity (at 25 ºC) 0.92 - 0.96
    3. Chemical nature Blend of oxidized tall oil and polyaminated fatty acid
    4. Solubility in water Not soluble - dispersible, soluble in oil.
    8. Flash point More than 65 °C

    DOSAGE

    Dosage is 1.0 to 5.0 % (v/v) of oil mud system, based on oil and water content, temperature and type of
    system.
    Application

     It Improves Emulsion stability and function as a secondary wetting agent


     Provides viscosity & filtration control.
     Improves thermal stability.
     Works effectively over a wide range of temperatures.

    STORAGE AND HANDLING

    Shelf Life of the product is minimum 3 years. It is to be stored at covered and shaded area. While normal
    precautions like use of hand gloves, goggles etc. is to be taken, do not take internally. In case of contact with
    eyes flush with plenty of fresh water and get medical attention, if necessary.

    PACKING

    It is available in 35 liters, 50 liters and 208 liters HMHDPE barrels export worthy barrels.
