ABSTRACT

Anxiety is a common cause of poor academic performance among students in every part of the

globe. Anxiety disorders are a group of mental disorders characterized by significant feelings of

anxiety and fear. The aim of this study was therefore to determine the different anxiety disorders

that are associated to academic performance of the Chemical Technology and Environmental

Science students in Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig. A descriptive survey

was used to obtain data from respondents who gave consent to the study. A review of the

available research literature indicates that Generalized anxiety disorder and Social anxiety

disorder achieve more than 50% of the passing criteria while Panic anxiety disorder didn’t meet

the passing criteria of 50 %. This conclusion points that Generalized and Social anxiety disorder

can be associated to academic performance of the students while panic can still be associated but

with least percentage base on the collected data.

Keywords: generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorders, panic anxiety disorder,

CHAPTER 1

Problem and literature review

Background of the study

As part of life, students of all ages and are in different level in an educational institution

face different struggles in everyday life. Achievement and good performance of students help

themselves to feel better despite that struggles that they have encountered in their academic

paths. But all students normally feel anxious when it regards to how well they perform

academically. Students encounter deep anxiety with school-related activities because it may

affect their academic performance that may lead to anxiety disorders.

First, Anxiety is a normal reaction to danger, the body’s automatic fight-or-flight

response that is triggered when you feel threatened, under pressure, or are facing a challenging

situation. In moderation, anxiety isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It can help you to stay alert and

focused, spur you to action, and motivate you to solve problems. But when anxiety is constant or

overwhelming—when worries and fears interfere with your relationships and daily life—you’ve

likely crossed the line from normal anxiety into the territory of an anxiety disorder. (Smith, et al.

2019)

According to National Institute of Mental health, For a person with an anxiety disorder,

the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The symptoms can interfere with

6
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

daily activities such as job performance, school work, and relationships. There are several types

of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and various phobia-

related disorders. Second is, Academic performance means the knowledge and skills that

students have mastered in a subject or a course .It's basically a measure of how well students

have performed in the various assessment items set for them based on some educational criteria

determined by professional educators. (Lee, 2010).

As wikipidea states, Academic achievement is commonly measured through

examinations or continuous assessments but there is no general agreement on how it is best

evaluated or which aspects are most important—procedural knowledge such as skills or

declarative knowledge such as facts. Furthermore, there are inconclusive results over which

individual factors successfully predict academic performance, elements such as test anxiety,

environment, motivation, and emotions require consideration when developing models of school

achievement. This is why the study wants to know the different Anxiety Disorders and factors of

it that can be associated in terms of academic performance of TUP-Taguig students.

In the light of these all, the research study aims to describe the Anxiety disorders

associated to Academic performance of TUP-Taguig, Chemical technology and Environmental

Science students. Particularly, the factors and types of anxiety disorders in terms of academic

performance of the students.

Research questions:

7
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

This study aims to answer the following questions:

1. What are the Anxiety Disorders associated to Academic performance of the students?

2. What are the factors that can be associated to Anxiety Disorders in terms of academic

performance?

Hypothesis:

The hypothesis that the researchers had formulated prior to the research report is:

1. There is a significant relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and academic

performance of Chemical technology and Environmental Science students in TUP-

Taguig

2. There is a significant relationship between panic anxiety disorders and academic

performance of Chemical technology and Environmental Science students in TUP-

Taguig

3. There is a significant relationship between social anxiety disorder and academic

performance of Chemical technology and Environmental Science students in TUP-

Taguig

Literature review

Many students suffer from school related anxiety. Contemporary research is supportive of

the negative effects of anxiety and stress on academic performance in students of all ages.

Anxiety can also negatively affect classroom behavior.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to certain situations. A small level of anxiety is normal, but

severe anxiety can be a serious problem. Academic anxiety can become more detrimental over

time. As a student’s academic performance suffers, the anxiety level related to certain academic

tasks increases (Huberty, 2012).

Concept of anxiety disorders

As stated by the article “Anxiety is the most common form of emotional disorder and can

affect anyone at any age” (Legg & Holland, 2018) Every person can have anxiety disregard of

what age or gender you have, as long as you are emotionally down, it can triggers anxiety.

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about

what’s to come. The first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause

most people to feel fearful and nervous. But if your feelings of anxiety are extreme, last for

longer than six months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety disorders cause extreme fear and worry, and changes in a child's behavior, sleep,

eating, or mood. Different anxiety disorders can affect kids and teens. They include

9
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

 Generalized Anxiety Disorder, GAD, is an anxiety disorder characterized by

chronic anxiety, exaggerated worry and tension, even when there is little or

nothing to provoke it.

 Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, is an anxiety disorder and is

characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive

behaviors (compulsions). Repetitive behaviors such as hand washing, counting,

checking, or cleaning are often performed with the hope of preventing obsessive

thoughts or making them go away. Performing these so-called "rituals," however,

provides only temporary relief, and not performing them markedly increases

anxiety.

 Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by unexpected and

repeated episodes of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms that may

include chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, or abdominal

distress.

 Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, is an anxiety disorder that can develop

after exposure to a terrifying event or ordeal in which grave physical harm

occurred or was threatened. Traumatic events that may trigger PTSD include

10
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

violent personal assaults, natural or human-caused disasters, accidents, or military

combat.

 Social Anxiety Disorder, is an anxiety disorder characterized by overwhelming

anxiety and excessive self-consciousness in everyday social situations. Social

phobia can be limited to only one type of situation - such as a fear of speaking in

formal or informal situations, or eating or drinking in front of others - or, in its

most severe form, may be so broad that a person experiences symptoms almost

anytime they are around other people.

Academic performance

Academic performance means the knowledge and skills that students have mastered in a

subject or a course. It’s basically a measure of how well students have performed in the various

assessment items set for them based on some educational criteria determined by professional

educators. (Lee, 2010)

The academic performance is defined by students’ reporting of past semester CGPA/GPA

and their expected GPA for the current semester. The grade point average or GPA is now used

by most of the tertiary institutions as a convenient summary measure of the academic

performance of their students. The GPA is a better measurement because it provides a greater

insight into the relative level of performance of individuals and different group of students.

11
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

(Gbollie and Keamu, 2017). People often consider grades first when defining academic

performance. This includes schools, which rank students by their GPA, awarding special

designations such as valedictorian and salutatorian for those who graduate first and second in

their class. Scholarship organizations and universities also start by looking at grades, as do some

employers, especially when hiring recent graduates. Grades carry more weight in some

industries, especially technical professions such as law, medicine and finance. Other industries

place less importance on GPA, particularly creative professions such as writing or art and

occupations such as sales where people skills are more crucial than technical knowledge.

The study of Aba and Makinde refers to level of performance in written works and

exams. How students deal with their studies and how they cope with or accomplish different

tasks given to them by their teachers, within this work measured from the standpoint

of academic grades.

Since students are at the core of learning process, a study tailored to their motivations and

strategies and factors hindering their learning are imperative as students themselves play pivotal

roles in shifting their own learning and acquiring enhanced academic achievement. (Masrom and

Usat, 2015)

Prevalence of Anxiety in College Students

12
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

Anxiety is the most important factor of mental disorders based on the theory of

psychological analysis. Freud called anxiety 'emotional pain. Anxiety interferes with school

functioning only when an abnormal level is reached, whereas within normal range, being anxious

does not automatically imply worst school functioning and indeed may to a certain extent be

motivating and enhancing to academic performance.

That so many college students are affected by anxiety is not surprising. Students often

have to manage heavy loads of coursework, in addition to participating in extracurricular

activities and holding part-time or full-time jobs. Students must also cope with the stress of

choosing a new career based on their education goals. Despite anxiety being so prevalent among

college students, university officials may not be aware of the damage anxiety can cause to

students, nor know how to properly address the disorder. (The American Institute of Stress,

2019)

Anxiety is prevalent among college students in part because they are in the midst of a

major life transition. Lois M. Collins writes in the Deseret News that “college students may have

a unique vulnerability because mental illness often appears amid the transition from childhood to

adulthood.” The everyday stresses and demands of the academic environment also contribute to

students’ feelings of anxiety. (Collins, 2018)

Anxiety in college is very common. According to the American College Health

Association Fall 2018 National College Health Assessment, 63% of college students in the US

13
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

felt overwhelming anxiety in the past year. In the same survey, 23% reported being diagnosed or

treated by a mental health professional for anxiety in the past year.

The sharpest increase in anxiety occurs during the initial transition to college. A recent

study demonstrated that psychological distress among college students — that is, their levels of

anxiety, depression, and stress — rises steadily during the first semester of college and remains

elevated throughout the second semester. This suggests that the first year of college is an

especially high-risk time for the onset or worsening of anxiety.

It’s caused by many factors. Many factors contribute to the heightened risk for anxiety

among college students. For example, sleep disruption caused by drinking excess caffeine and

pulling all-nighters is associated with increased anxiety among college students. Loneliness also

predicts mental health problems, including anxiety. Academic factors like school stress and

disengagement from studies are also associated with psychological distress among college

students.

It may be on the rise. College students today appear to be more stressed and anxious than

ever before. A recent study in Sweden showed that anxiety levels have increased in recent years,

especially among young adults. In the US, some research shows a decrease in psychological

well-being among adolescents over the past several years. It’s not entirely clear what is causing

this trend, though research shows a strong association between time spent on electronic

communication (social media, smartphones) and reduced well-being among adolescents.

14
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

Electronic communication might interfere with adjustment to college if it replaces healthy coping

behaviors like exercise, face-to-face social interactions, and studying. (Marquez et al, 2019).

Anxiety disorders and Academic Performance

According to Steinmyar, Academic performance “represents performance outcomes that

indicate the extent to which a person has accomplished specific goals that were the focus of

activities in instructional environments, specifically in school, college, and university” It is

essentially a mental picture of who you are as a student in school. It shows the potential of a

student in learning , it shows also the capacity of a student in terms of understanding and

interpreting what he/she have learned in school .It also means the knowledge and skills of a

student have mastered in subject or course. I t refers how well students have performed in a

assessment test base on the criteria of a subject. Academic Performance also shows what your

ranking in terms of school assessment is. Academic performance is one of the key of a student

achievement. Commonly academic performance is measured in an examination or continuous

assessment.

On the other hand anxiety is a combination of physiological over-arousal, tension and

somatic symptoms, along with worry, dread, fear of failure, and catastrophizing, that occur in a

person. Anxiety is actually quite common in our generation. Nervousness and anxiety are

perfectly normal reactions to stress. However, this fear can become so intense that it actually

interferes with their ability to perform well on a School just like anxiety disorders because it

15
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

involve more than temporary worry or fear. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety

does not go away and can get worse over time. The symptoms can interfere with daily activities

such as job performance, school work, and relationships. Academic performance and anxiety

disorders are interconnected to each other and also according to Owens “Higher levels of

anxiety, depression, and worry can lead to lower academic performance and poorer working

memory function. School tasks that involve more working memory are greatly affected by

anxiety and depression “(Owens et al., 2012). With so many children and teens who have

undiagnosed anxiety or depression, this can negatively impact their ability to learn and enjoy

their time in school. We considered that anxiety can change the way how a student learn, can

change how he or she approach every assessment in school that can be considered as their

academic performance.

There would be different types of anxiety disorders that can be associated in academic

performance, one is the social anxiety disorders according to Dobson “Social anxiety can also

affect a student's academic performance. If a student has social anxiety, the student might not be

able to complete group tasks or might not feel comfortable asking for help in class.”(Dobson).

Being Isolated in one place can trigger anxiety, you will feel slowly the loneliness that can

trigger you to think negatively. In terms of school being alone is hard you can’t seek for help

when you need it the most because there is something that is trying to push you back which is

your anxiety when it comes in socializing in school .Social Anxiety Disorder According to

Hakami “Acting, performing or giving a talk in front of an audience was the most commonly

feared situation”(Hakami,2018). This social anxiety disorder is consider as one of the disorders

16
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

that is connected in academic performance , When you are doing reporting in front of a lot of

audience you feel paralyzed or speechless you are actually having a Social Anxiety Disorder.

Anxiety disorders seems so negative when it comes in academic Performance , Anxiety pulling

one person’s emotion into deep down until it get on higher level of emotional pain. Social

Anxiety is “When children are excessively self-conscious, making it difficult for them to

participate in class and socialize with peers.” (Rachel Emhke). Peer pressure can also give a big

contribution in communication problem. “Effective communication between teachers and

students has the potential to improve the learning experience and create a positive environment

in the classroom” (Aparajey, 2016). Social anxiety gives the students hard in participating school

activity which can put their grades into failure, it supported the article of Hurleys that “social

anxiety disorder can cause significant distress for children and has a negative effect on academic

performance, social relationships, self-confidence, and other areas of functioning.” (Hurleys,

2019).

Panic Disorder or simply Panic attacks “Is the sudden onset of a discrete, brief period of

intense discomfort, anxiety, or fear accompanied by somatic and/or cognitive

symptoms.”(Barnhill, 2018) He also indicate that “Panic disorder is occurrence of repeated panic

attacks typically accompanied by fears about future attacks or changes in behavior to avoid

situations that might predispose to attacks.” (Barnhill,2018) Panic attacks commonly experience

by many people , Every unusual event that a person experienced can trigger that panic attacks.

Don’t panic! that was the phrase that a person will say to you when he knows that you are in

Panic attacks. Because according to Margaret Jaworski “when we panic we experience an intense

17
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

sensation of fear or anxiety in response to an actual danger we are more likely to lose control and

react to potentially unsafe even life-threatening events in a frantic or irrational way”

(Jaworski,2019). People can notice if you’re having panic attack because of the unusual behavior

that you are performing. Panic attack or Panic Disorder are common in school , especially when

it comes on when doing academic activities like assessment test , Reciting , Presenting some

reports. But how will you know that you are experiencing Panic Disorder not panic attack?

“Unexpected panic attacks occur without an obvious cause. Expected panic attacks are cued by

external stressors, such as phobias. Panic attacks can happen to anyone, but having more than

one may be a sign of panic disorder.” (Vandergriendt,2019). She also added “You might

experience anxiety while worrying about a potentially stressful situation, such as an important

presentation at work.” (Vandergriendt,2019). In terms of academic performance Panic disorders

also have a contribution , according to Hal Mathew “If you are missing a lot of classes or are

late a lot and can’t sit in the middle of the room, and can’t focus enough to study”(Mathew,2014)

you are experiencing Panic Disorder. If you can’t focus in school you’ll definitely not understand

the lessons and it will cause failed grades.

Generalized Disorders Anxiety and Panic Disorders are the most common anxiety that

every person experiencing in everyday life . “Both conditions can negatively impact a patient's

quality of life and disrupt important activities of daily living.” (Locke et al., 2015). To

Differentiate other anxiety to GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorders) William Meek indicates

that “Many people feel anxious from time to time, especially during times of stress. However,

when you worry excessively, so much so that it interferes with day-to-day activities, you might

18
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

have GAD”. (Meek,2019) according also to his article “a characteristic of GAD is that this

anxiety is usually more intense and long-lasting.” so when you feel you have drastic anxiety than

other people that indicates that may be you are not experiencing normal anxiety anymore it may

be higher as the normal you expected you have. Are you not being able to stop or control

worrying about a test or presentation? well that is one of the GAD symptoms . If you can’t stop

thinking or worrying about a test or presentation it may because you are experiencing GAD.

According to Mayo Clinic “Persistent worrying or anxiety about a number of areas that are out of

proportion to the impact of the events” is a sign of GAD.

According to Anxiety Canada, Students with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)

experience excessive and uncontrollable worry about future events and minor matters. This can

include worry about health of self and others, finances, the environment and global affairs,

parents’ marital satisfaction or family stability, academic or athletic performance, perfectionism,

punctuality, and more. Young students worry about straightforward, and immediate matters such

as their academic performance, safety of the classroom, and fitting in or being liked. As students

mature, their thinking becomes more complex, and so too do their worries. Their time is often

spent worrying, over studying or over-correcting to get the “perfect” outcome, frequently

checking about minor matters, negotiating for extra credit, and more. As a result, these students

miss out on important aspects of school such as field trips, enjoying academic pursuits and

passions, and making and maintaining friendships.

other the output is the final outcome of the research.

Significance of the study

To the academic institution of TUP-Taguig, for this will serve as the pioneer paper works

of the first batch of students that they have and will be the first published collection of research

paper that the students had created.

To the Professors and Research adviser, this will serve as the bread and butter of their

students and will serve as the fruit of their labor and learning outcome in the course of Chemical

Technology.

To the Chemical technology and Environmental Science students of TUP-Taguig, this

will make them aware that there are these kinds of situational experiences that can make an

individual reduce their academic performance and how one perceives their selves.

Methodology and procedures

Research design

This study is entitled “Anxiety Disorders that can be associated in Academic

Performance of TUP-TAGUIG students” Is a quantitative research and uses Descriptive

Research Design that discuss about the anxiety disorders that associated in academic

performance among the respondents and the factors that can be corrected to anxiety disorders in

terms of academic performance. The study will be using Descriptive Research to be able to

describe the different anxiety disorder of the respondents and interpret the data to show what

kind of anxiety disorder that mostly linked in academic performance.

Denzin and Lincoln define qualitative research as a multi-method in focus, involving an

interpretive, naturalistic approach to its subject matter. This means that Qualitative Research

study things in their natural settings, attempting to make sense of, or interpret phenomena in

terms of the meaning people bring of them (Denzing and Lincoln, 1994,p2).

The Journal define descriptive research is described systematically and accurately the

facts and characteristics of a given population or area of interest. It also define descriptive

function is to provide an accurate portrayal or account of characteristic of particular individual,

situation or group; These studies are a means of discovering new meaning, Describing what

Data gathering

The researchers used a probability sampling which is the simple random sampling.

Wherein the total population of Chemical Technology and Environmental Science students are

randomly selected from the total population. The total numbers of students in these courses are

119, and we used at least 80 % of these, which is 95 students. To answer the question of the

study, the questionnaire had items on indicators of variables to require the opinion of

respondents, the researchers used dichotomous (yes or no) questions in the survey questionnaire

as the main instrument for the collection of the data. The questionnaire will have the Chemical

technology and Environmental Science students of Technological University of the Philippines

as the respondents to fulfill the required sample sized of the study. The researchers handed out

the survey questionnaire to the respondents directly during the schedule given by the school.

The survey questionnaire of Drs. Spitzer, Williams, Kroenke “self anxiety test” is

consisting of anxiety related questions like” Feeling nervous, anxious or on edge.” We use this

kind of question in our survey to test if the respondents can possibly have a specific anxiety

disorder and factors affecting anxiety disorders in terms of academic performance. This question

will determined if the specific anxiety disorder is associated in academic performance of a

student.

Data analysis

26
Technological University of the Philippines, Taguig Branch
Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

We categorized the possible anxiety disorders that are associated in academic

performance of a student. Each disorder has a set of 5 questions , In each category when the

percentage reached up to 50%, we can say that one of the anxiety disorder is possibly related to

the academic performance of a student . Then we will calculate the overall percentage of the

categorized Anxiety disorder. Any score above 50% signifies positive anxiety disorder that is

associated in academic performance.

Ethical considerations

The researchers should ask first if the respondents are willing to give their time to

answer. The researchers assure that the data of the respondents will remain confidential. The

respondents will be facilitated closely by the researchers to avoid any errors in answering the

given survey questionnaire.

Summary, Conclusion and Recommendations

This chapter provides the summary, major findings, conclusions and recommendations

which were drawn from the result of the conducted study.

Summary

The study aims to distinguish the different anxiety disorders that are associated to

academic performance of the respondents. Using the anxiety disorder tests that are based on

symptoms of each disorder, The researchers will know the specific disorders that can be

associated to academic performance and factors affecting these disorders in terms of academic

performance of the respondents.

Conclusion

1. According to data that has been collected on generalized anxiety disorder test, it shows

that the respondents have passed more than 50% of all the given questions. Therefore,

there is a significant relationship between Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Academic

Performance of the respondents. And researchers conclude that generalized anxiety

disorder can be associated to academic performance of the students.

2. According to the data that has been collected on panic disorder test, it shows that the

respondents fail to achieve at least 50 % of 3 out of 5 questions. Therefore, there is no

significant relationship between Panic Anxiety Disorder and Academic Performance of

the respondents. And researchers conclude that panic anxiety disorder can be associated

to academic performance of the students but with least possibility.

3. According to the data that has been collected on social anxiety test, it shows that the

respondents have passed more than 50% of all the given questions. Therefore, there is a

significant relationship between Social Anxiety Disorder and Academic Performance of

the respondents. And researchers conclude that social anxiety disorder can really be

associated to academic performance of the students

4. Different factors on developing anxiety disorders in terms of academic performance in

terms of academic performance. According to the data,

have contribution on developing anxiety disorders in terms of academic performance.

86.67 % of the respondents agree that lack of sleep due to overload activities contribute

on developing anxiety disorders in terms of academic performance. And 85 % of the

respondents agree that heavy loads of coursework also have an impact on developing

anxiety disorders in terms of academic performance. And 84.17 % of the respondents

agree that high expectation of people is one of the factors on developing anxiety disorders

in terms of academic performance. And 82.50 % of the respondents agree that personal

problems that interfere with performance in school also contribute on developing anxiety

Km 53 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Pan-Philippine Hwy, Calamba, 4029 Laguna

disorder in terms of academic performance. While only 47.50 % of the respondents agree

that being isolated or lonely in school has also an impact on developing an anxiety

disorder in terms of academic performance.

Recommendation

1. To the academic institutions, we suggest to put up collaboration with the guidance

counselling office to have post anxiety test for college and another before

graduating to see the improvements of the students. This may help strengthen the

data that was collected from the study.

2. To the future researchers, it is recommended that there is a need to discover more

research literatures to give validation to the study. This has become the struggle of

the researchers because there is limited study for Anxiety disorders associated to

academic performance.

3. Another suggestion is that, there should be lot of time in doing this kind of

research topic because of its complexity, which is one of the struggles of

researchers.
