1. Plan and coordinate the activities of HO support staff and manage department level HR functions.
2. Prepare SOPs of office support staff.
3. Supervise the Tea bar functioning including its administration.
4. Act as the Aide-De-Camp to MD when required.
5. Under the direction of the Deputy manager, take on special administrative projects.
6. Conduct Result based Budgeting (RBB) for the HO admin functions.
7. Perform any other job as necessary upon order.
