About the Authors


Niranjan Shrivastava is Associate Professor (MIS & e-Com) & coordinator MBA (HA) Programme in Institute
of Management Studies (IMS), Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhalaya (DAVV), Indore. He obtained MCA and M.Tech
(Computer Sci.) from the School of Computer Science DAVV, Indore in 1989. He is a certified Oracle 9i DBA
consultant and has specialized in the areas of Information System, ERP/CRM, and E-commerce technology. In
addition, he possesses over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, research, and consultancy. He has
worked as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager in USA, UK, Germany, Libya, Jordan,
Dubai, and many other countries in various different domain projects more than 6 years. He has also served
as a visiting faculty member in Libyan University. He is life member of CSI.
