    2. Proposals for Fund Raising Activity for the following suggested PTA PROJECT:

    1. construction of PTA Conference Room


    2. Purchase of Kubo type Office/ Parent Staying Area
    3. Improvement of Gate way/ School Entrance
    a. Bingo Bonanza - sell bingo cards and solicit financial and/or in-kind
    support for the prizes.
    b. Kalakal - ask each parent to bring at least 2 recyclable water bottle or
    papers to be sold to junk shops.
    c. Pass Resolutions to the SAngguniang Bayan members
    d. Solicitations
    e. PTA Officers swho are absent during meeting will have 50pesos penalty

    3. Buwa ng Wika Celebration


    All PTA Officers are invited to attend to the Buwan ng Wika celebration
    The body agreed to present an intermission number during the program.

    4. PTA Oath Taking Ceremony


    Call time is 1:00 pm and wear the PTA Green T-shirt.

    A. Each PTA Officer will sell 10 cards, 20pesos each
    B. Each Teacher will be given 10 cards, 20pesos each
    C. Each students will be given 2 cards, 20 pesos each
    D. For each 10 cards sold, there will be 2 cards to be given for free.
    E. Students,parents or anyone can also sell the maximum number of cards if they
    wanted to avail free cards.
    F. Each PTA Officer should have at least 1 sponsor for the Prizes.

    G. Pledges for the Bingo Prizes:

    1. PTA President, Mr. Eduardo Mamaril ---- 1 sack of rice


    2. Mrs. Josephine ------ 1/2 sack of rice
    3. Maam Daisy Jacalne ------

    descipline their sons/daughters.
    Mrs. Erlyn Piol asks the parents to support the PTA Fund Raising Activity-Bingo Bonanza.
