Dr.GVC is a staunch champion for the cause of the Homoeopathic

treatment but also through publishing Homoeopathic books in a simple
language for a layman to understand Homoeopathy and promoted self

Awareness Camps at various places in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and
Goa. In recognition of his yeoman service to the suffering humanity,
Krishnadevaraya University felicitated with Hon. Doctorate and Govt.
of Andhra Pradesh honoured him with “Prathibha Rajeev Prashasti
Puraskar” on 19th November 2005.
We express our humble pranams to Sri Sirivaram Ranganatha
Rao, who was our guide, philosopher and mentor. He taught
us Homoeopathy through his great knowledge of Upanishads,
Bhagavadgita, Mahabharatha, Bhagavatha, Ramayana and his great
humour. We also express our gratitude to all the members of HSRF,
Anantapur, who also contributed to enrich our knowledge.

kind to provide excellent accommodation and environment to serve
the needy and suffering, thereby DRDO community is serving the

Dharma Samrakshana Samsthe who were responsible for introducing
Dr.GV Cahalatphi and his team to us and other Homoeo lovers of

Sri Lanka Krishna Murthy was Additional Registrar of Karnataka
High Court. He was a great Sanskrit, Kannada & Telugu scholar
and an Ashtavadhani, great philosopher and philanthropist. He
was the founder of Sanathana Dharma Samrakshana Samsthe and
Dharma Prabha – a monthly magazine. Our Forum was running a free
Homoeo Dispensary in his residence on every Tuesdays on behalf of
SDS Samsthe from 1988 to 2005. It was a great experience that we
associated with such a noble personality and his SDS Samsthe.
The Forum expresses gratitude to Faculty Club, Indian Institute of
Science and the Management of National Aerospace Laboratories,
Vijaya Bank Head Office, KV DRDO and other organisations for
their kind support to conduct awareness camps/seminars in their

PROCEDURE FOR CONSULTATION
Kindly park in orderly manner your 2 wheeler in 2 wheelers
parking area and 4 wheeler in 4 wheelers parking area. If you
park on the road, it will obstruct the traffic and may be damaged.
Kindly sit in the Q on the stone benches on first come first basis.
Do not disturb the Q till the tokens are issued.
One token per head will be issued on first-come-first-served basis
to all the people who are waiting in the Q. On one token, only
one person can have consultation. If you need one more token,
you can get it after all the people in the Q are issued tokens.
Under no circumstances more than two tokens will be issued to
one individual.
NEW PATIENTS
If you are a new patient with health problems for more than
one month, go to New Patients Registration Counter & register
your name by returning your token, if you have collected the
token in the Q. Registration is on first-come-first basis.
If you have arrived after the Forum is opened, register your name
at the New Patients Registration Counter.
Collect one book of Homoeo Treatment Record.
On Monday, Wednesday & Friday maximum 10 New Patients
and on Saturday maximum 15 New Patients will be registered
on first-come-first basis, depending on the availability of number
of homoeopaths. Registration will be closed for the day, as soon
as permissible number is reached.
You will be called by your name for consultation and not by
token number.
It takes about 1 hour to collect the required information from a
new patient and to prescribe proper medicine. So, kindly wait
and do not put pressure on us.
If you are old patient (follow up case) or new patient with acute
health problem of less than 1 month duration, keep the token
with you. You will be called for consultation by your token
number.
If you have token, but not available when your token number is
called, you may surrender the token and take fresh token. If
token issue is stopped, wait until your token number is called at
the end.
After your consultation, collect your medicines and Treatment
Record from the counter. Keep the record very neat and clean.
Kindly come and report your progress or development in time.
Treatment Record is a must for consultation.

OUR LIFESTYLE
There are more than 84 lakhs of living creatures on the earth as per
the scientists. Out of these creatures human being is only the creature,
trying to live against the nature’s principles. Birds and animals in the
forest inhale plenty of fresh air, drink plenty of water even if it is dirty
(not mineral water or RO filtered water), and eat the food only when
they feel hunger, they sleep for 10-12 hours, they have good physical
exercise and they pass urine and motion daily.
Universally goat eats only leaves, parrot eats only fruits, pigeon
eats only seeds, and tiger eats only flesh. Each creature has got fixed
food pattern according to its body need. They do not eat any other
food, even if they are too hungry. Till their death they earn their food,
they do not depend on others. They live their full span of life almost
healthy. Elephant lives 100 years and tortoise lives 400 years. They
do not need doctors, hospitals, heart specialist, lungs specialist, eye
specialist, skin specialist etc. They have got self healing mechanism
within themselves since they are living as per the nature’s principles
till their death.
Can any one of us tell, what is our food? We eat anything and
everything. We destroy the good qualities of the food, by processing/
cooking/frying/seasoning and eat in unnatural way at unnatural
timings, even if we do not feel hunger.
Our ancestors used to respect the trees, forests, rivers, hills, birds
& animals, air, water, earth, fire, space etc. They tried their best to live
in harmony with the nature. They were not suffering from modern day
lifestyle diseases. They were fairly in good state of health. They were
not depending much on medicines.
After the advancement of science and technology, we are trying
our best to destroy/pollute the nature and to live much against the
nature’s principles. We are paying heavy price for doing so. We all

* If we minimise the pollution by properly balancing 7 important
needs of our body, we can live full span of our life without major
health problems.
∗ Perfect Health is a state where our mind & body does not have
any disease/illness at present and will not permit in future.
∗ Doctors & Hospitals cannot give health. They can only give
treatment to cure the diseases.
∗ The following are the 7 important needs of our body to be fulfilled
to maintain perfect health:
1.Good Air:
• First and most important need of our body is Air.
• Air is must for efficient functioning of our body cells to burn the
fuel of our body (food) to produce the energy (metabolic activity)
required by our body.
• Air is must to clean and bring out polluted gas from all the cells
and organs of our body.
• What we inhale daily by normal breathing is only 40% to 50% of air
required by our body. Shortage of air leads to various diseases.
• We must do deep breathing exercise or Pranayama in the early
morning, in the fresh air everyday. It will increase our positive
energy. Breathing exercise in the fresh air in the morning
helps every patient to recover quickly.
2 Good water:
• Second most important need of our body is Water.
• Our body contains 68% water and 32% solid matter. To maintain
proper balance, we must drink 70% water and eat 30% food.
• Water is must for efficient functioning of all the cells and organs
of our body. In an adult, body spends about 2.5 litres of water
daily to perform healthy biological/metabolic activity.
• For cleaning of our body, clothes, utensils, house, vehicles etc.,
we use plenty of water. Unfortunately, we do not use water for
cleaning of our internal body, especially digestive system.
• For internal cleaning of all the cells and organs adult body
spends 1 to 1.5 litres of water daily to send out the waste material/
toxins from the body.
• If we do not supply the required amount of water, body gets
habituated to adjust itself to manage by absorbing water from the
stool, urine, sweat, mucuous, juices of some body parts, skin etc.
• Thereby waste material cannot be eliminated from our body,
internal body becomes dirty, stool becomes hard & constipated,
urine becomes thick and dark colour, lot of bad smell from sweat,
urine, stool, mouth, nose, ears, penis/vagina and complete body.
• Body becomes congenial ground for all sorts of infections, leading
to acute and chronic diseases.
• Internal cleaning is most important than external cleaning.

• Water gives lot of positive energy. Drink plenty of Water.
• 50% of the health problems can be solved by simply drinking
recommended amount of water in a systematic manner.
• We found excellent results in the patients who were sincerely
drinking water as advised.
• Whoever drinks less water are likely to get all types of allergies
and major health problems as their internal system polluted.
• In our experience, we noticed that most of the cancer patients
used to drink 3 to 4 glass of water per day and had chronic
constipation before they were affected with cancer.
3.Good Food:
• When we buy a new car, we prefer to use best fuel, which gives
more mileage, good performance and less pollution.
• Similarly, we must eat such a food which gives more nutrition,
more energy, less pollution and less strain to the body to
digest.
• The best items as our food to get all the nutrition and good health
are whole grains, nuts, sprouts, fruits and vegetables in their
most natural form. It gives lot of positive energy. We must eat
atleast 50% raw food every day. Remaining 50% food should be
cooked and not the oil fried.
• Daily drink plenty of fresh juices of fruits/vegetables, tender
coconut water, lemon juice with honey & warm water instead of
coffee/tea.
• Always use unpolished food items like rice,pulses,dals,rava
(sooji) and flour. All important nutrients and fibre are lost while
polishing. Avoid use of polished and processed food materials, as
they spoil the health.
• Unpolished rice contains good fibre and plenty of B-Complex. It
prevents anaemia, constipation, obesity, heart diseases, diabetes,
cancer etc. It eliminates weakness, exhaustion, muscular cramps,
mouth ulcers, infections etc.
• Always eat fresh oil-free chapathis, made from mixed whole grains
flour of 50% wheat and remaining 50% millets, soya beans, bajra,
ragi, maize, barley, horse gram, green gram. Do not seive and
remove fibre. Fibre helps us a lot to improve health.
• Gradually reduce and eliminate the use of Salt, Sugar, Oil & Maida
in our food. These items are leaders in destroying our health.
• Spices are great medicines, given by mother nature to be used
when there is some problem/disease in our body. So let us use
spices as medicines and not as daily food.
• Eat simple dinner before 7 pm. or 3 to 4 hours before you go to
sleep. Eating food at late night causes various diseases and inspite
of best medical treatment, the recovery from the diseases will be
slow.
• As a rule, eat only when you are hungry and eat as less number
of times as possible. Fill the stomach upto 75% only, keep 25%

empty. If you give more rest to the stomach and stomach will
give more health to you. Allow the consumed food to get digested
and absorbed by the body. So, maintain long gap between one
eating and another eating.
• Children can consume 3 or 4 times and adults can consume 2 or 3
times a day either liquid or solid food items. Most of the mothers
are over feeding the children and spoiling their health. They
do not give time for the digestion of previously given food and force
the children to consume the next items one after another. Thereby
children never feel hungry. Food consumed without hunger gets
spoiled produce gas, acids and toxins (poison), therby diseases.
• It is essential to grind the food well in the mouth and make
like paste. While chewing plenty of saliva will be produced in
the mouth. Saliva contains digestive enzymes and 30% of the
digestion takes place in the mouth itself.
• Eat warm/room temperature food and not too hot or too cold.
• For the sake of few minutes’ enjoyment of our tongue, if we eat
all sorts of junk food, processed food and deep fried oily food, our
body will suffer from various diseases including cancer.
• Let us consume more of natural food and enhance our positive
energy to keep our body comfortable and healthy.
4.Good Exercise:
• Daily physical exercise is a must, to promote good blood
circulation and to eliminate waste materials from the body.
• Exercise keeps free movement of all the body parts.
• Though you can do any exercise, Yogasanas & Surya Namaskaras
will give more benefits and more positive energy than any other
exercise. Learn and practice daily when the stomach is empty.
5.Good Excretion:
• Flush out the waste materials of our body in the form of sweat,
urine and stool and keep the internal body clean.
• Pass daily 2 or 3 stools and plenty of urine (water coloured &
odourless). Diseases cannot enter if our internal body is clean.
• It will be good to do enema once in 15 days.
• Drinking good amount of water, eating sprouts, fruits, vegetables,
fibre containing food and physical exercise will help proper
excretion. Internal cleaning is most important.
• Proper excretion will reduce negative energy.
• Patients recover quickly if they pass daily 2 to 3 stools.
6.Good Rest:
• Daily 7 to 8 hours of relaxing and refreshing good sleep is a must.
It gives lot of positive energy. For children 8-10 hours sleep.
• During the rest, cleaning, repair and maintenance takes place
in the body. This activity will not be taken up until the food is

digested. So, our dinner should be easily digestable before we
go to sleep.
• We get weekly one day holiday (rest from daily duty). Similarly our
stomach needs rest to clean the digestive system and to eliminate
toxins/waste.
• Do full day fasting once in 15 days and give full rest to body.
Fasting helps in cleaning, repair and maintenance of our body.
It will enhance positive energy.
• During any sickness stop eating food and give rest to
the stomach. Fasting helps in quick recovery. Lankanam
paramoushadham.
• During fasting, take tender coconut water or lemon juice mixed
with 4 to 6 tea spoons of honey and warm water every 3 hours.
This juice gives instant energy to the body and cleans the body like
a detergent. Drink plenty of water every one hour. Then there will
not be weakness and tiredness during fasting.
• When the children are sick, do not force them to eat food. Food
cannot be digested and becomes toxic. Give either tender coconut
water or warm water with lemon & honey or sweet orange juice
with honey, it will help for faster recovery of the child.
7.Good Thoughts
• According to Hindu Philosophy, there are six types of enemies called
“ARISHADVARGA” within every person. They are Kama (Desire,
Lust), Krodha (Anger), Lobha (Greed, Avarice), Moha (Attachment,
Love & Affection), Mada (Arrogance, Ego, Pride), Matsara (Jealousy,
Envy, Hatredness). The intensity will vary from person to person.
We get these enemies from our ancestors through genes. If they are
in low profile and below the safe limit, we will be in a good state of
health. Any one or more of these six inner enemies are present
above safe limit, we suffer from diseases. Founder of Homoeopathy,
Dr. Samuel Hahnemann was the first medical doctor declared that
the “State of Mind” is the root cause for all the diseases.
• Negative (bad) thinking and Negative Emotions viz., anger,
jealousy, hatredness, unhappiness, greed, grief, disappointments
etc., produce lot of negative energy and diseases.
• Positive (good) Thinking and Positive Emotions produce positive
energy in the body and enhance health.
• Techniques to improve positive energy: Meditation, listening
to good music, chantings of vedic mantras, teachings of saints &
great people, enjoying the nature, involving in artistic activities or
doing something good to others or any good work that gives real
happiness to the mind.
Every person has to develop his own technique, according to his
interest, to keep his mind at peace and harmony. After good
results, he should inspire others by sharing his experience.

HOW MUCH WATER AND WHEN TO DRINK?
Whether we feel thirsty or not, to maintain good health, daily
we must drink water as per the quantity indicated (below) against
the age:
Child below 1 year - 300 ml to 500 ml
Child between 1 and 5 years - 1 litre to 1.5 litres
Child between 5 and 10 years - 2 litres to 3 litres
Child between 10 and 15 years - 3 litres to 4 litres
Youngster between 15 & 20 years - 4 litres to 5 litres
Adults between 20 & 60 years - 4 litres to 6 litres
Aged people above 60 years - 3 litres to 4 litres

NON-VEGETARIAN
“An open Invitation for
infections, heart diseases and Cancer”
• Many Scientific studies reveal that human anatomy is designed for
the consumption of vegetarian food.
• When we sense the flavour of riped fruits like mangoes, guava,
jack fruit, oranges, custard apple etc., we get tempted to eat, saliva
oozes in our mouth and spontaneously pick up the fruit, we bite
with our teeth and enjoy the taste a lot while eating.
• When cat senses a rat, it chases, catches, kills and enjoys eating
raw flesh of rat. Similarly all carnivorous animals when they are
hungry they sense the smell of their favourite food (flesh of other
birds/animals), chase and kill the animals. At the flavour of the
raw flesh saliva oozes in their mouth and they enjoy eating.
• On the other hand human beings cannot kill the animals with
their bear hands. They dislike the smell of raw meat, fish, broken
eggs and they cannot eat and digest. This is a clear indication that
we are not non-vegetarians.
• Birds and animals experience severe pain and lot of mental agony,
when they are being killed. As a reaction lot of harmful hormones
like Adrenalin and lot of negative energy will be released into all
the organs of their body before they die.
• As a result whoever consume the meat become irritable, angry,
gets negative thoughts/feelings and become destructive. More
chances of getting various diseases including cancer.
• In the world, per capita Non-Vegetarian consumption is more
in America. Many people in America suffer from psychological
disorders, Heart diseases, digestive disorders, skin diseases,
cancer etc.
• Each egg’s outer layer contains about 30,000 minute pores.
Dangerous bacteria like Salmonella, Staphylococci enter the eggs
and it need to be stored below 8 degrees Celsius. Otherwise it is
harmful to eat.
• To increase productivity in poultry farming, different types of anti-
organic medicines and hormones, which are harmful, are used.
• Some parents daily/more frequently feed boiled eggs to their kids.
Since kids’ digestive system is very delicate, the digestion will
get disturbed very badly and cannot digest the eggs properly. As a
result kids develop indigestion, constipation, frequent attacks
of cold, cough, chest congestion, fever, bronchitis, asthma
and skin diseases etc. After stopping eggs the problems will come
down gradually.
• Consumption of eggs & meat increase bad (LDL) cholesterol which
leads to heart attacks.
• Is it humanity to kill some one to fill our stomach ?

food. If required, drink 2 or 3 sips while eating food. If you chew
the food well, there is no need for water.
• Whenever you feel like drinking coffee/tea, take one lemon juice
mixed with 4 to 5 tea spoons of honey and warm water. or
Tender Coconut water or fresh fruit juice. Unlike coffee/tea, this
is an excellent energy giving and body cleaning drink.
• Always eat as less number of times as possible and give rest to
the stomach.
• It will be excellent for the students and others to study during
Brahmi Muhurtha (4-6 am), when the mind is fresh after
good refreshing sleep. The concentration and grasping will be
excellent.
HEALTHY CHILDREN
An asset to the nation
1. To give birth to Healthy and intellectual child, at least 6 months
before the conception, parents should have good food habits and
good life style. They should be free from emotional disturbances.
That means their minds and bodies should be free from pollution.
2. After the woman become pregnant, during entire period of
pregnancy and lactation she should continue her good food habits
and good life style. Her mind should be pleasant and happy.
3. After the child birth up to sixth month, the child should be
completely on mother’s milk. If sufficient milk is not available,
she should approach a Homoeopath. There are good medicines to
improve quality and quantity of milk.
4. If mother’s milk is not available, prepare Soya Milk which is highly
nutritious. To prepare soya milk, take well dried and cleaned soya
seeds, soak in sufficient amount of clean drinking water for 15
hours. with hand rub the seeds well and remove the skin of the
seeds, put seeds into cleaned grinder and grind it well to make very
soft paste(like dosa flour). Add required quantity of drinking water
to the paste, mix well in a mixer/grinder and filter it to remove the
sediments. Add required quantity of dry dates powder instead of
sugar and boil the milk. Add little cardamom powder at the end
of boiling for pleasant flavour. It is highly nutritious and less
expensive. Prepare daily afresh.
5. If you can not prepare soya milk then give cow/buffalo/dairy milk
supplied in sachets by diluting with 20 to 40% of water depending
upon the fat content of the milk. If child’s digestion is very good,
then add one or two tea spoons of powder prepared from well dried
sprouts, dry fruits and nuts while boiling the milk. The milk
becomes very nutritious. Do not use sugar/jaggary as dry fruits
give sweetness. Do not give tinned food as it contain preservatives,
which affects the liver and digestive system.

6. Sixth month onwards introduce solid food and gradually increase.
To prepare nutritious food, take good quality wheat (100 gms),
unpolished rice (100 gms), green gram (100 gms), soya beans (50 gms),
millets (50 gms), maize (50 gms), barley (50 gms) and horse gram
(50gms). After cleaning & drying well in bright sun light grind into
coarse rava (sooji). Add flour of ragi and bajra (each 50gms) and
white gingelly (thil) seeds powder (50gms). Preserve it in a glass
bottle up to 15 days.
7. When water is boiling put cut pieces of any of the tender vegetables
like carrot, radish, beans bottle gourd, snake gourd, ridge gourd,
tomato, cabbage, leafy vegetables. Allow it to boil for little time and
pour required amount of ravva slowly and stir well. After completion
of cooking put curry leaves, coriander leaves and mint leaves into
it, mix well and cover it for some time to allow the leaves get cooked
with the available heat.
8. Do not add salt, sugar, oil, chilies, spices etc. Before feeding, with
the help of spoon crush well to make it soft, remove leaves or any
solid pieces which may likely to stuck in throat. Mix well half tea
spoon of good quality ghee before feeding to the child. Start with
little quantity and increase slowly. This food can be continued until
the age, child can eat by chewing the food. This is an excellent
nutritious food for the children. Give this food daily morning 9 to10 am
and evening 5 to 6 pm.
9. Feed luke warm or room temperature water to the child to clean
the stomach as soon as child gets up from sleep and half an
hour before feeding the milk/food. Two hours after feeding milk/
food, feed water to the child. Feed water in frequent intervals till
evening.
10. Do not give milk/food till previously given milk/food is digested
well. Child should feel hunger and cry for food. Feeding milk or
food without hunger and overloading of stomach causes indigestion
which leads to sickness of child.
11. Daily at around 3pm give ripe fruits like banana, papaya, orange,
sapota (chikku), guava, wet dates, water soaked dry grapes etc.
Fruits improve digestion and resistance to diseases.
12. Make the child to sleep 2 to 3 hours after evening food(5 to 6pm).
Child should have 10 to 12 hours comfortable sleep. If child gets
up from sleep and cries with hunger, feed milk.
13.After one year age slowly discontinue mother’s milk and give soya/
dairy milk. Slowly increase the solid food.
14. Milk can be continued till the age of 3 to 4 years. After that
instead of milk, give sprouts and nuts which are highly nutritious
and more healthy than milk, daily morning.
15. Growing children need good food which can promote proper

development of their mind and body. They will have lot of physical
and mental strain from morning to evening. They need high energy
and highly nutritious food in the morning and afternoon. Due
to various reasons most of the school going children are given low
energy and low nutrition food or junk food. Because of this they
develop lot of weakness in their mind and body. Their hormonal
system gets disturbed. As a result children are unable to cope
up with their stress and strain. They fall sick very frequently and
develop chronic diseases.
16. The best food for them in order of food value:
a) Sprouts, all sorts of nuts including fresh wet coconut, pulses.
b) Dry fruits and fresh seasonal fruits,
c) Fresh raw vegetables.
d) Cooked food which contain multi grains flour chapathis,
unpolished rice, unpolished dhal, all unpolished food materials,
all sorts vegetables etc. Curd can be used day time and butter milk
can be used any time.
17. Do not habituate food items with salt, sugar, oil, maida, bakery
food, and all sorts of junk food to prevent sickness to the child.
18. They need to dink plenty of water as per their age.
19. Children need good physical exercise daily. So they should
participate in sports, games, yoga etc.
20. They have to pass daily 2 or 3 stools and plenty of urine 2 to 3
hourly.
21. They need 8 to 10 hours of good refreshing sleep.
22. Teach children to chew the food well for proper digestion.
23. Teach to take bath daily from head to toe. Do not use soap.
Prepare bath flour containing cleaned and well dried green gram,
bengal gram, unpolished rice/wheat along with soap nut/sikakai/
traditional herbs. Whenever possible apply pulp of any fruits or
fruits skin (banana, mango, oranges, lemon etc.) on whole body
and take bath after 15 to 30 minutes. Give gingelly oil bath on
every Sunday.
24. They need stress free congenial atmosphere and proper guidance
at the house and the school. Parents should not transfer their
mental stress to the children. Generally children learn, imitate and
follow the elders. So, parents should be idealistic to the children.
Show love and affection to your children, but do not pamper and
spoil them.
25. There will be medical emergencies, if there are children in the
house. So, always keep readily few emergency home remedies or
Homoeo medicines to use, till you reach the Doctor.

FOOD AND HABITS THAT PROMOTE DISEASES
Deep fried oily food, food preserved in Fridge, ice creams, fast
food, all sorts of tinned food, packaged food, maida preparations,
biscuits, bakery food, cakes, chips, chocolates, noodles, pizzas,
burgers, eggs, non-vegetarian food, coffee/tea, pickles, jam, sauce,
ketchup, food items prepared using preservatives, taste/colour/
flavour enhancing chemicals, salt, sugar and oil etc.
All these stuff pollute entire body and spoil the Liver and spleen.
Liver and spleen are most important organs in the body which takes
care of the total health of the body. If Liver and spleen are spoiled,
body gets various diseases from cold to cancer. World Health
Organisation and United Nations Expert Committee on food additives
has warned that these food items can cause Cancer.
Salt and sugar are twin brothers to produce taste and to promote
most of the diseases. These two are white poisons.
Most of the packaged food and processed food contain MSG (Mono
Sodium Glutamate) commonly known as tasting powder, Chinese
salt, Ajinomoto. This chemical causes various types of diseases
including cancer. This will also disturb the mind, impair the memory
and concentration. The person becomes very irritable, angry, restless
and loses control. It causes lot of skin diseases, allergies, asthama,
joints pain, nerves weakness headache etc. Cooks during functions
and in hotels extensively use MSG. This chemical creates a false
impression in the brain that the food is very tasty. It is another
white poison.
Farmers are using the soft drinks as cheap and effective pesticides.
Soft drinks are the best toilet cleaners as its acidic (pH) value is
equal to toilet cleaners. Kindly do not drink or offer soft drinks.

GADGETS THAT PROMOTE DISEASES
We are using various gadgets in our daily life to enhance our eff iciency
& comfort. These gadgets help us a lot. But, at the same time we
are suffering from social, psychological and health problems from the
indiscriminate use of these gadgets.
Fridge: Fruits, vegetables and other food items stored in fridge lose
their nutrition value day by day. If available, nearby it is better to
buy fruits, vegetables and milk daily. By storing in the fridge you are
wasting lot of electricity.
It is better to consume or dispose off the cooked food on same day. If
stored in the fridge, reheated and consumed, not only it loses nutrition
value, but also it creates various diseases.
Many times children and few adults consume water and food items
kept in the fritz and develop cold, throat infection, respiratory problems
and fever leading to complications and hospitalisation.
Fridge is store room for the diseases. So, use it wisely.
TV: We are getting addicted to TV Serials, Movies and Cricket Matches,
cartoons, reality shows and inviting lot of social problems, emotional
disturbances and diseases. Children are watching TV by sitting
close to the TV and spoiling their eye sight at an early age. Elders
are switching on TV when the children are studying, thereby spoiling
their concentration. Watching TV programmes till late night, destroys
health.
Be wise and Watch only useful progrmmes.
Computer: If we and our children are continuously working on
computer without observing relaxation measures, we are inviting
health problems.
Use the computer wisely, by following proper relaxation measures.
Internet: Many are addicted to this and spending lot of time till later
hours, thereby damaging health, causing discontentment in the family
and social problems. Internet is a good source of information. Use it in
a healthy manner for good purpose
Air conditioner: Some people are addicted to AC, not properly
exposed to sunlight and fresh air, thereby inviting various diseases. AC
machine consumes lot of electricity. Use AC only when it is absolute
necessity.
Cell Phones: Cell phones cause microwave radiation and heat. It
causes damage to brain and nerves systems, loss of hearing, chronic
headache, loss of memory and brain tumors. Some people are using
cell phones while they are driving, thereby putting themselves as well
as others in lot of danger.
Some people while walking or doing some work, hold the cell phone in
between head and the shoulder and converse continuously. This will
cause irrepairable damage to their ear, neck and spine.
Use cell phone as less as possible. Use only to communicate and
not for continuous conversation.

LIEF AND CONTRIBUTION OF Dr.HAHNEMANN
Founder of Homeopathic System
Dr.Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann was born on
10th April 1755 in a poor porcelain painter’s family in Meissen, Saxony,
Germany. In 1779, he took MD (Doctorate of Medicine) from Erlangen
Medical college, the highest medical education at that time. He had
wast knowedge of Minerology,Chemistry, Botany,Pharmacology
and Pharmacy. He learned German, Latin, Greek, Hebrew, French,
Arabic and few more languages. He was an Intellectual and gifted
with treasure of knowledge.
Because of his vast knowledge in Medicine, related science
subjects, various languages and also his concern for the patients,
he became very famous Doctor within a short time. But he was
disappointed as the patients were not getting cured completely. The
treatment was superficial. He could see no basic philosophy or logical
connection in the treatment. Then prevailing medical system was
completely based on arbitrary opinions. He started feeling helpless
for his inability to give rational and effective treatment. He felt that
he was harming rather than helping the patients. His conscious did
not permit and finally left medical practice. He joined a library as a
translator to maintain his big family.
In the year 1790 when he was translating Prof.Cullen’s Materia
Medica from English to German, he came across Cullen’s explanation
that Cinchona bark (Peruvian bark) can cure Malarial fever because
of its bitterness. Hahnemann was not convinced with the explanation.
He thought that there were so many bitter substances , but they do
not cure malaria.
He was the worshipper of Truth and was not used to accept the
saying of others until he himself could verify the truth in it. He was a
keen observer.
Dr.Hahnemann stumbled upon the idea of testing medicine
on himself to know the truth. Thus the human proving of medicines
started in the medical era. He found that Cinchona bark could induce
in him a healthy person, the same symptoms it would cure in the sick
person. This discovery of the Nature’s Law of Cure of diseases, lead
to the first Law of Homoeopathy i.e., “The Law of Similars”, or “Like
Cures Like” (Similia Similibus Curentur).
Hahnemann and his practictioner friends started proving other
remedies which were used at that time for various diseases. They
recorded meticuluously all the symptoms reported by the provers and
published in a book “Materia Medica Pura” with 61 medicines. He
called it pura (pure) not because it was free from errors, but free from
speculations. It was the record observed facts alone, inependent of
any theories of their mechanism.

Hahnemann realised that law of similars was an universal law.
He named this method of treatment Homoeopathy. Homoeos means
similar and Pathos means suffering. Hannemann and his friends were
practicing with the medicines they proved and results were excellent.
Hahnemann’s article about Homeoopathic Treatment for the first time
published in the year 1796 in Hufeland’s journal.
Treatment in the line of this new revolutionised art of healing
started on different types of diseases in his daily practice. He got
greater insight into his new system which was quite different from and
even opposite to prevailing system. He formulated Laws, Principles
and Techniques of practice in his book “Organon of the Healing Art”
published in 1810.
This revolution in the medical field invited the wrath of the
pharmaceutical chemists, well known medical practitioners, vested
interests and he could not practice his new system further smoothly.
He was forced to leave places of his practice and ultimately he left his
motherland Germany. He was offered patronage in different countries.
Whatever may be the adverse conditions, he never stopped his research,
practice and publication of his findings. He never compromised. He
was a true Scientist. It was a great achievement that he developed
a new medical system with logical laws and principles completely
within his life time. He was the first medical doctor insisted upon
nutritional food for good health.
As a culmination of his struggle to get at the truth he was invited
to settle in Paris in 1835. His name and fame spread all over the world
among the genius and elite medical practitioners and public. He
was very busy with his practice and guidance. He was highly respected
and was happy in his last 8 years. He died at the age of 88 years on
2nd July 1843. His words “I did not live in vain” shall be the aim of
every human being.

1 Homoeopathic System is Nano Science, more scientific as:
a. Laws and Principles of Homoeopathy are based on nature’s
principles (prakrithi dharmas) and are well defined in a book
called “Organon of the Healing Art”.
b. All the medicines are proved on healthy human beings and not
on animals. During the proving, the reaction or response of
the mind and body was observed and recorded systematically
in the form of symptoms in a book called “Materia Medica

is responsible for proper functioning of our body and eliminate
the negative energy which is responsible for the sickness, thereby

4 A medicinal substance which produces specific disease symptoms
in a healthy person cures similar symptoms in a sick person. This
is called Law of Similars, Like cures Like (Similia Similibus
Curentur). This is the basis to prescribe medicines to sick

HOW TO USE HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES?
One dose means Four (4) Pills for children and adults.
Always take Homoeo medicine (Pills/Tablets/Powder) with the
help of clean white paper/dry spoon or cap of the medicine
bottle, keep below the tongue after washing the mouth with
water and allow it to dissolve. No need to drink water.
As a general rule take Homoeo Medicine either half an hour
before or one hour after food. Wash the mouth with water
before taking the medicine.
Homoeo Medicine works better if taken on empty stomach.
Single dose paper packets are to be taken on the dates marked
on the packets. Kindly open the single dose packet packed in
butter paper inside and white paper outside. Keep all the pills in
the packet below your tongue on empty stomach in the morning.
Do not take other medicines on same day and next day.
Morning (M) dose should be taken after cleaning the mouth with
water as soon as you get up from the bed. Brush the teeth 15
Minutes after taking the medicine.
Afternoon (AN) dose should be taken half an hour before or one
hour after lunch.
Evening (E) dose should be taken between 4.00 P.M and 6.00
P.M.
Night (N) dose should be taken half an hour before or one hour
after dinner.
It is advisable to maintain uniform gap between doses for Medicine
to be more effective. For dosage and tentative timings, see the
chart given below:

Whenever you are advised to take frequent doses of Medicine
with water, first dissolve the advised quantity of powder/pills
in one tea cup of drinking water. Stir it well and drink one tea
spoon of this medicated water in half/one/two/three hourly
intervals, as advised. Keep the cup at a clean place covered
with a lid. Do not keep in fridge. This water can be kept even for
two or three days.
Kindly do not use any other medicines viz., Allopathy, Ayurveda,
Unani, Siddha etc., during the course of Homoeo treatment.
In certain cases like high/low BP, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Heart

problems, kidney problems, cancer etc., where you cannot stop
other medicines which are being used, we advise you to take
Homoeo medicines by giving at least one hour gap.
We strongly advise you not to apply any type of skin ointments.
These skin ointments suppress the disease, spoil the curative
process and cause more and more harm to important inner
organs viz., brain, heart, lungs, liver, pancreas, digestive
systems, kidneys, bones etc., resulting in more complications.
Keep Homoeo Medicines away from strong smells of Camphor,
Spices, Agarbathy, Perfumes, Tobacco products, Medicines
of other system, Dust, Smoke, Heat and Dampness. Keep the
Homoeo medicines bottles/packets in a clean plastic or stainless
steel box/container. No expiry date, if the homoeo medicines
are preserved in glass bottles.
NOTE:
1. Immediately after the completion of the course of medicines, you
kindly come back and report about the progress/changes in
your health condition without any delay/break. In case of
longstanding health problems, even if your are alright, come and
report. We will decide, when the treatment should be stopped.
2. If you suffer from some acute illness like cold, cough, fever,
vomiting, loose motions etc., during the course of treatment for
your chronic health problems, you kindly come and report here.
You will be treated for your acute problem without interfering/
spoiling your main course of treatment.
3. To help your body for quick recovery, kindly stop the habits
and food items that increase your disease/suffering.
4 Since we do not have facilities to attend emergency cases,
kindly do not bring emergency cases to our Forum. Take to
the nearest hospital.
Dosage: Dissolve 10 pills in half tea cup of water and cover with a
lid. Take one tea spoonful of this solution every 2 or 3 or 4 hourly,
depending upon severity of the problem. As you improve, increase the
time gap between the doses. If no water, take 4 pills as one dose.

IN EMERGENCY TILL YOU GET MEDICAL HELP
Heart Attack: If sudden pain in heart region or during heart attack,
give Aconite 30/200 and Spigelia 30/200 alternatively every 5 to
15 minutes. You can also use Adrenalin 30/200 or Rescue Remedy
(Bach Flower Remedy) every 5 to 15 minutes.
Sudden Collapse and unconscious: Alternate Carbo Veg. 6/30 with
Rescue Remedy or Adrenalin 30 every 5 to 10 minutes.
Paralysis Attack: If sudden paralytic attack, give Aconite 200 and
Arnica 200 alternatively every half/1/2/3 hourly.
Breathlessness: If gasping for breath, give Aspidosperma 3x/6x
and Adrenalin 30 alternatively every 10 to 20 minutes.
Convulsions: If sudden attack of convulsions with or without fever,
give Belladonna30/200 every 5 to 10 minutes.
Bleeding: If sudden bleeding from any orifice, give Ipecac 30 and
Ferrum Phos. 30 alternatively every half/1/2/3 hourly.
Choking of Throat: If Sudden Choking of Throat With Inflammation
and severe pain, give Belladonna 30/200 every half/1/2/3 hourly.
If choking of throat and gasping for breath, give only one dose of
Lachesis 200 followed by Aspidosperma 3x/6x every 15 minutes.
Burning Urination: If severe burning while passing urine with or
without bleeding, give cantharis 30/200 every half/1/2/3 hourly.
Burn Injuries: With or without blisters, give Cantharis 30 every
1/2/3 hourly internally. Apply externally Cantharis solution (mix
one part of Cantharis mother tincture in 20 to 30 parts of clean
boiled and cooled water) on burns.
All sorts of Injuries: Blunt injuries, cut injuries, lacerated wounds,
crushed wounds, bleeding injuries, unconscious due to concussions
etc., give internally Arnica Mont 30/200 every 1/2/3/4 hourly.
Apply Calendula solution (mix one part of Calendula mother tincture
in 20 to 30 parts of clean boiled and cooled water) on injuries.
Give Ledum 30/200 daily one dose, for 3 days to prevent Tetanus.
Crushed Fingers: When Fingers crushed in between door or anywhere,
give Hypericum - 30/200 every half/1/2/3 hourly till pain reduces.
Apply Hypericum Tincture externally.
Travel Sickness: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache and giddiness during
journey, give Cocculus or Ipecac – 30/200 every half/1/2/3 hourly.
Loose Motion: Severe watery loose motions with or without stomach
pain, even during gastro entritis, give Podophylum – 30/200 every
half/1/2/3 hourly.
Sprains/Stiffness of Joints: Sudden sprain or stiffness of joints due
to over exertion , give Rhustox – 30/200 every 3/4 hourly.
