1. Budget update: As of February, the troop has Php3,000 from last year’s activity.
2. Flag: Plan to buy new, estimated value Php 1,500
3. Tarpaulin/Banner: On process
4. Plan to have a Log Book for the Boy Scouts‘ record and transparency purposes.
5. Make an action plan for the activity for the whole year
6. Jamborette- February 27-March 2, 2020
7. Preparation for the Investiture on February 21, 2020
a. Council permit for the investiture on Feb. 21

c. Registration Fee for camping (Gr.4-6) – P30.00
Day camp (Gr.1-3) – P10.00

Investiture- KAB scout at 1:00pm

e. Practice of Grade 4-6 will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00am

f. Activities for the Camporal (Stations)
Base 1- Knot tying

Base 3- Basic Orientation
Base 4- Evolution of the flag
g. Start of the registration for the KAB scout at 12:00nn
* registration for the camping at 5:00pm
* camping begins at 6:00pm
*camping rooms- Grade 6 rooms will be utilized
* First aid- request the presence of Nurse Anna during the whole time of the activity
