I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate an understanding of concepts and principles in setting up computer networks
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able to set up computer networks based established procedures and system requirements for hardware
C. Learning Competencies/Objectives The learner:
1. Checks network connectivity of each terminal in accordance with network design.
2. Diagnoses and remedies any fault or problem in the network system in line with the standard operating procedures.
3. Configures Network interface card (NIC) settings in accordance with network design.
4. Carries out communication checking between terminals in accordance with OS network configuration guides
5. Responded to unplanned events or conditions to in accordance with established procedures
