    LESSON PLAN IN PREPARE HAND TOOLS

    I. LEARNING CONTENT:

    Using the appropriate hand tools for proper operation and safety according to industry standard

    II. OBJECTIVES:
    At the end of the lesson the student will be able to:

    2.1 Knowing the appropriate hand tools for proper operation and safety
    2.2 Appreciating the appropriate hand tools for proper operation and safety
    2.2 Using the appropriate hand tools for proper operation and safety according to industry standard

    III. PROCEDURE:

    A.Preparatory Activities:
    Motivation
    Present a video of “Tool Story”

    B. Developmental activities
    a.Topic Presentation:
    Appropriate hand tools for proper operation and safety

    b.Activity:
    Teacher will group the class in four groups, post some metacards on the board namely screws,
    drill bit, nails, nuts, hex screws, Allen screws, corx screws. Then the teacher will give a picture
    of different hand tools to different groups equally.

    The students chosen by the group will post the tools on the posted metacards on the board.

    Allow other student to critic or correct the posted tools.

    Post these questions and ask each group and allow criticizes of other groups.

    a. What is/are the importance/s of proper usage of hand tools.


    b. Why is/are so many kind of tools?

    C.Discussion and Analysis


    a. What is/are the importance/s of proper usage of hand tools.

    D.Generalization:
    a. Explain the function of the tools and its proper usage.
    b. Explain why people use tools?

    IV. EVALUATION:

    Return demo using different kind of tools with brief explanation of safety on using the tools.

    V. ASSIGNMENT
    1. Give five other examples of tools and its usage. On a ½ crosswise sheet of paper and pass
    it tomorrow.
