To enhance the Capabilities & Technical Competencies of the newley assigned UDs/UTs
to reach the stage of operational employees.

Outline
• Prepare technical progress reports and damage assessment reports for site
activities
• Applications of quality assurance and quality control processes in line with
KOC/international standards
• Manage contract administration activities e.g. raise bill of material and material
requests
• Estimate costs, calculate construction quantities and plan projects based on
maintenance schedules
• Prepare routine preventive maintenance program plans and work schedules for
roads and buildings.
