    Dear Ms. Reza Purnama,

    This letter is to inform you that I have submitted my scholarship application for Public
    University Financial Aid Program 2020. Currently, I am in the final year of Electrical Engineering. In
    order to prove my diligence, I have enclosed copies of my academic transcript.
    These days, I am facing some financial problems, therefore , I am unable to pay this
    semester’s fee. I have obtained a part-time job to help my finances but it will not cover the whole
    payment. Based on my difficult financial condition, I request a student scholarship so that I would
    be able to continue my studies in anticipation of an improved financial situation.
